Nice but pricey. I am torn between Bang saray or Hua Hin. Hua Hin seems like it has fewer things to do, but less trouble to get in to. 😀
Yeah they are pricey and not for everyone, I think the prices are higher due to location and facilities. Go for Bang Saray, you get laid back quite but only 25 minutes to Pattaya and a highway to Bangkok, the road from Bangkok to Hua Hin is a shocker and being under construction for over 20 years

Yeah a busy week mate, these aren’t my cup of tea either but the building is nice and a good location if you don’t have any transport, it will be interesting to see what the Hilton next door looks like when it’s finished and what facilities you can use.

Hi Jason, the condos look nice but man, the one thing that always makes me shake my head is an oversized bed in an undersized room. Once the tv is hung the widow side of the room is inaccessible. These places are small and it would be so much better if they sacrificed a little living room space to give that extra room in the bedroom. But what do I know right developers? These places are a bit overpriced in my opinion but they will suit someone I am sure.The property is really nice and that's a killer sunset pool they have. Thanks for showcasing this location and thanks to Manu giving a wicked good description 😅
Hi mate, they are nice but I agree, you can barely squeeze past between the bed and the wall, you would need a swivel mount for for tv and put it in the corner. The developers keep jamming the most amount of apartments into each block with the exception of a very few, Gardenia being one of the exceptions.

Decent complex overall but the prices seem a bit out of whack compared to the competition. I guess the price is high because it is a brand new modern building with all the bells and whistles? Me personally I'd definitely go for the studio or 1 bedroom at that Cosy Beach complex 'Elegance' before I would consider 'Once'. Thanks for the video

Hey Manu, you know us Aussies aren't used to shoe boxes, we grew up with a heap of personal space. My bedroom as a kid was ok in size but had a bed, a wardrobe and a desk and room to play on the floor (yes over I'm 50) so please help out a few claustrophobes with space. 😂 Jason, sort him out please? ‼BTW, I backed the Sharks with - 4.5 start to beat the Bulldogs and lost. Luckly it was a Bonus bet 👍😁

Yeah so many shoebox apartments in these new developments and high prices, did you see the video on Jomtien Residences and Tara Court that I did on my own, good sizes and reasonable prices. More budget rentals coming soon mate. Don’t bag me out or judge me but I’m a Manly fan if you didn’t already know 😊

49500 Baht for the second condo! Are you kidding me!! I fell off my chaircwhen I saw that obscene price. It's small forctwo bedrooms and it only has one bedroom. That one bedroom is small as a tin can. You can't move around at all on that room. Price is ridiculous!!
