I’ll change my rear end from 2.73 to 3.55… Do I still have to go through the tire measurement and all that if I have the same tires on or will it automatically set the speedometer when I change the rear end ratio?
I have folks showing me this video that are driving a Gen 2 or Gen 3 Mustang car. They should know that you car it will work on since its a Gen 1 but this will not work on a Gen 2 or Gen 3 and only on a Gen 1 if the allowance is there within the tune exporting process where they can enable adjustable options . So if someone is reading this and has a gen 2 or 3 Mustang then this video is not for your Mustang
So I recently got a Bama RevX. Made by SCT. I just had a new diff put in. I put in the tire size and the ratio. The car is still off? I’m stumped on what to do now at this point.
Any idea why my sct x4 didn't ask me the gears ratio and rev/mile I wanted to adjust my speedometer for my 265/35r18s but didn't see the place where to put it in
It's actually the opposite because the speedometer reads the axle speed so for every axle rotation the tire rotates the same no matter the size of the tire. With a bigger tire it covers more ground which means more miles an hour.

You just need to change the gear ratio
So I have to contact a tuner to do this even though I have a sct 4 device?.
My tuner is the same way but I don’t get the option for that
2017-2021 mustangs the body control module computer automatically fixes this :) no tunning needed
My 2017 Mustang is 3mph off at anything above 45mph....
Wheel and tire size or anything of that nature is not information that is stored in, monitored by, or calibrated by the BCM of any Ford vehicle.
Thanks man!

I didn't know that then and have since been trying to explain that to others. Well said
will it work with a 2014 v6?

Did you get it figured out?

Did you ever figure that out and get it fixed?
What site do you use?
My tires sizes are offset, larger in rear on my 2012 mustang gt, do I google, the revs per mile, by the size of my front or rear tires? Thx
You go by the rear tire.
Revs per mile?
Revolutions per minute🤔
Will this work on a 2002 dodge dakota?
If you buy a tuner for a dodge then yes it should work.
Well your actually going slower since it takes longer for a bigger wheel to go around...

Mines is still off
My poor speakers
The x4 doesn't connect to wifi
Internet is what I meant.
Would it do subaru tribeca 2012?
A Cobb tuner might.
