What a great way to help assess one’s own body. We’re always told to “listen to your body”, but it can be hard to know HOW to listen to your body.
Sometimes I feel great, no fatigue, sleeping well, hitting my paces, etc but I’ve ended up injured. I’ve gone for a hard workout run and simply developed an injury from it. So a tool like that Venn diagram may have saved me.

Thanks Brodie, This is the most useful and helpful video I have found dealing wth injury. Turned 77 a week ago and started park running about three months ago after a decade of not running at all. Already been frustrated by two bouts of calf strain but managed to shuffle run a 5k parkrun last Saturday. Now hoping to pick up the pace by mid June next year. We older runners do have to run a lot smarter than when we were young. Be interested to know what you think about Buteyko breathing and occlusion training . Fads or advantages for runners?
