Also I was wondering if you buy a property in good condition was are the chances of it having the demand for it to get rented out as surely not every property can get rented - if so what would be the ideal areas to invest in?
    Thank you again.

Hi Shaf, thanks for the great content. Did you find a partner when you set up your IT business? I find that most, if not all successful companies are started with someone. Feels like the journey of an entrepreneur is a lonely one. What are your thoughts? Thanks.

Hi Shaf. I could really do with your advice. I have an amazing idea for an app service that ties into the cloud kitchen space and could expand to other sectors in the culinary space. My challenge is I’m broke and have shitty credit from being an idiot at university. I don’t want this challenge to paralyse me. I can’t go to my parents for money or the banks. Where a good place to start? Also I’m not by any means an expert in this field I just have an idea that makes sense in this new emerging sector. Or can I pitch to you? I’d drive up from Reading to Scotland just for 5 minutes of your time. I’ve done my due diligence and I know I’m onto something here. I just need help and advice man.

Hello Shaf your videos are great. As a motivated 15 year old what advice would you give me to do now in the lockdown to improve my knowledge in real estate/property.
    Thank you, Finley.

Hey Shaf, you said that the wheel was revolutionary during Rav's time period but I'm pretty sure wheels are still revolutionary 😃

Hi Shaf, love your videos. I think this channel will blow up.
I'd like a point in the right direction. I think I've got a feasible SaaS product, but I don't know where to start. I'm in the process of writing a business plan and a marketing plan. I have a sma money to invest, and a friend who's onboard to build it. While I have a degree in software engineering, I'm going to focus on the business side of things.
My question is, what resources can I rely on? I've found books, mentors and courses that I could drive into (mentors when coronavirus is all over most likely). What's the best way to understand what needs to be done/what I need to be on top of while I get the ball rolling? I work as a junior project manager currently on top of this
    Thanks in advance!

@@UAE-VIP you need to learn how to talk to people and also consider explaining yourself better, your acting like a 12 year old, may bad if you're 12
