I've yet to see anyone recommend it, but I think an Unwinding Clock would be perfect for this deck, practically every permanent you have is an artifact so you'd have no worries about blockers or mana rocks.
I was hesitant on the Necron Dynasties deck but after seeing it played and the cards in it. That’s the one I really want from the Warhammer 40k release. Thanks for the upgrade list
Palladium Myr + Staff of Domination in graveyard is the easiest Trazyn combo I've seen people floating around. Tap for 2 from Myr, pay 1 to untap Trazyn.
if cabal coffers is too expensive for you, you can get its smaller sibling: cabal stronghold - only works with basic swamps and costs one more, but still works well in this deck
This deck is so cool and there are a ton of ways to build it. I'llprobably build around Trayzn personally but there are a ton of ways you can go with it.
Another decent card for imotekh would probably be trading post, 4 colorless artifact, has 3 modes that mostlg don't matter, but the one of the 4 modes that does is "1,tap,sacrifice a creature: return target artifact from your graveyard to your hand". Every turn cycle just paying 1 and sacing one of imotekhs tokens to get your best artifact from the yard amd make 2 more tokens, decent value
I really really like Phyrexian scriptures for this deck as a damnation that’s worse than damnation because you can’t surprise your opponents with it but actually better than damnation in this deck for a number of reasons
This is great... but what are we meant to remove to fit in all these upgrades? For me (and a lot of other people, I suspect) the hard part of upgrading is knowing what to CUT; not what to add. So while I enjoyed the video and it's given me some neat ideas, it's not actually very helpful.
I really love this video. One bit of feedback from a new player, me. Ha ha. It would be nice to know what cards you would consider replacing these substitutes with. Besides that this is a really awesome video! Keep rocking!
The nice thing with both setups is that aside from the combo card (Pili-Pala/Staff of Domination) all the remaining cards kinda serve a normal gameplan. So you get space for both
Love this deck but i removed the cards i deemed "tournament" play cards or like a 40 card speed deck kinda cards and added some tanky options and focused on the reanimator playstyle
Whip od erabos is a really good gives lifelink to all your creature helps with the paying life and for 2 genric 2 black tap and unearth something with haste

I feel that Trazyn the infinite is by far the most powerful commander in this deck. he goes infinite very fast lol. you can put cabal stronghold in the deck, instead of coffers, these precons come with lots of basics. the reason Trazyn is so broken is that, if they don't deal with him after you cast him, the next time it comes back to your turn, they are dead, if you have swiftfoot boots in your graveyard though, they are dead as soon as you cast him. you just need to resolve a buried alive to kill everyone. you get to go get 3 things and put them into your graveyard, I'll let you figure out what 3 things instantly kill people that are artifacts. one has been recommended in this video already (hint: it taps for 2 mana) and one has been brought up by Jon (an XX creature that removes counters to deal damage), the last one that isn't brought up untaps Trazyn :) so you tap him and untap him infinitely to generate infinite colourless mana, then you pump him up and machinegun the table :) with dark ritual and all that, it can be done very early.
Triskelion/Walking Ballista + Vector Asp + Phyrexian Devourer. I would run coffers along with stronghold for even more mana. Get a rings of bright hearth alongside a deserted temple and you got infinite black mana if you have 6 swamps for coffers and 8 swamps for stronghold
Staff of Domination? But it also works with Farmstead Gleaner and then you can replace the Ballista with Triskelion to make it more budget friendly. I think Trazyn is going to be known as the monoblack Ghave - he just oopses into combo without much effort. I might toy around with him, test some jankier combos and see if the games are fun and diverse. I think I'll start by playing Biotransference/Mycosynth Lattice and binning Asmodeus + Skirge Familiar for a makeshift Nooze combo.

My brother picked up neuron awhile ago, and unwinding clock goes hard AF in this deck.
That was the first thing I added to the deck lol

I'd love to hear what your thoughts and reasonings of what to remove..
Do you have a list of the cards you would remove for these upgrades?
Palladium Myr + Staff of Domination in graveyard is the easiest Trazyn combo I've seen people floating around. Tap for 2 from Myr, pay 1 to untap Trazyn.
Does that basically allow you to get infinite colorless mana, gain infinite life, and draw infinite cards?
@@derrickschwarzmusic yup
Goes infinite with sol ring guilded lotus and then mana rock goes infinite black
@@dystopianaverice1981 He goes infinite with a slice of ham

Why not both? 😂
Just ordered Priest of Yawgmoth and Soldevi Adnate for the deck, seem like a perfect fit, same with Disciple of the Vault.
Priest of yawgmoth was one of the first cards I ordered for it.
I like these upgrades, but i'm missing a decklist or what cards to remove, can that be provided?
Just wanna throw in that Crucible of Worlds and Buried Ruin protect each other and allow for recursion 1-2 times a turn.

i believe Skeleton Shard is a shoe in for this deck upgrade. better then Haunted Crossroads unless your going to be drawing alot of cards.

Did you ever get that answered? I’m wondering as well
What do I take out for your additions?
What about adding mishra’s workshop? 😂
I feel like at least one of the infinites with the Artifact Necrotic Ooze guy probably involves Pili-Pala and a way to make that a mana positive loop
Literally Sol Ring. Or Basalt Monolith. Can also throw a Staff of Domination to insta-win instead of pili-pala.
The nice thing with both setups is that aside from the combo card (Pili-Pala/Staff of Domination) all the remaining cards kinda serve a normal gameplan. So you get space for both
This deck reminds me of the old Mono Red Daretti precon :P
Bontu's Monument is amazing in here

Shocked Gonti's Aether Heart wasnt mentioned.
I haven't seen anyone mention Salvage Titan from Shards of Alara, but it would be a great addition to the deck
Hello.
Could you please provide a decklist or a list of the cards that were removed from the deck?
Thanks.
Crypt ghast goes in for sure.
Im pretty new but wouldnt Darksteel forge be a good addition to the deck so people cant board wipe you
Soooooo, do I have to have a rule zero conversation to see if it's okay if play with 110 cards in my deck? (Putting cards IN is easy.)
would love to see card list to add and remove in text?
Im def running Trazyn. Got my upgrades already for him. I just dont know what to take out
I'd definitely take out reprints just to keep the flavour high for the deck
I'd love to see what upgrades you chose

I can't watch these videos without seeing Jonathan brutality needing to be correct and stepping on the toes of the co-host. It's sickening.
