In the substitution table, on the very left of the third row of letters, we see a down-right line then a curve on the top of the next letter, which we can reasonably infer to be R and S, so the second word starts with an S. By counting, we can get that the second-to-rightmost symbol on the top row is H. So the second word looks like SH?D??'S, which we can reasonably deduce to be "SHADOW'S". I won't go through all the other steps but once you deduce unknown characters and compare with new words, we get that the left sheet says "AT SHADOW'S EDGE,", the right "SHATTER THE", and the bottom "TWILIGHT REVERIE". Also, I believe the characters at the top say "神已久死", which would be something like "God has long been dead", but I can't tell if it's "已" or "己"
