There is an over supply of engineers and with advance in AI and also countries like Vietnam Philippines Brazil upgrading their it infra and willing to work at lesser salary than India you will be lucky if you get a job in it sector
If you’re switching the company having 6years of experience at 6lpa atleast take 100% hike that is 12lpa, or more you can take up to 20lpa it’s depends on your skills and notice period.

This October month you’ll get promotion, if you are eligible and no RTO compliance. Ask with your HM and PM they’ll send you confirmation mail this month.

Currently you are getting 30k in hand plus night shift allowance right? and this Aug month you’ll get appraisal hike, that is suppose to be a salary 32,700 according to last year appraisal 3 rating hike. But this year they’ll give you 3% hike only for 3 rating, it’s seems.

Yes, there is strong possibility you’ll get promotion in oct 2024 if not then definitely you’ll get in April 2025.

After 2 years experience your package will be around 3.5Lpa before promotion. If you’ll get promotion then it will be around 4Lpa.
after 2 years if you get promotion to PA your salary will be 4.5l.
