I thought about being a vet in primary school. it lasted for about a minute till I remembered surgery and having to euthanize pets. Then I decided I didn't want to be one.

Vets have the hardest jobs at times and the best profession to have at other times. We are so fortunate with our vet team and always try to let them know we love them, as well as our furbabies.

I have three cats. My female tux cat, Missy, is very skittish and hides at the vet office. My male daddy cat, Buddy, is pretty chill. I adopted them both out of a hoarding situation last year, and a few months ago Missy surprised me with two kittens, fathered by Buddy. One didn't make it, but Junior, the surviving kitten, is very obviously Buddy's son as he's the same color of silver and black tabby as his daddy. The last time I took Junior in for some kitten shots everyone in the office was squeeing over how cute he was.

so sorry, NOT a Russian Blue. Just a grey Domestic Long hair (Russians have short coats.)
He might be a Nebelung cat, special breed developed in the 80s (I have one)
