probably a bootloader error. make sure uefi/csm is correctly configured in bios and try windows repair install followed by Ultimate Rescue Disk (free online)

The CPU is soldered on the motherboard, so in this case not able to swap.
Somehow windows is not working in my ssd in this laptop but hdd works fine
Can you explain a bit more? Did you try to install a fresh copy of Windows on to the SSD after installing?

It was kinda issue of SSD incompatibility to boot. I used another SSD of lower capacity and that worked at the first chance!
