Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot. Toppings: fresh peach, Pear, Chopped Mango. Enjoy

I find it interesting that Cher's character in Moonstruck is on the honorable mentions. It's true that she was 42 when the movie was made, and that Nicolas Cage, who played her lover, was 23. But that fact was never obvious in the movie itself. In the movie she was supposed to be 37, and while the age of his character was never stated outright, I think he was implied to be at least in his mid-30s. Cage had a very mature look as a young man, and in fact for years after this movie came out I had no idea he was in his early 20s at the time, and it came as a surprise to me when I found out.
