- Govind Jaiswal was born in an Orthodox village of Benaras, Uttar Pradesh, where children were heavily discriminated against according to the legacy of their ancestor's professions. Years later, the same place, the same people, don't miss any chance to celebrate his successes.
He talks about the words which dictated his life choices and helped him reach the point where he is today. Govind Jaiswal is a story of a man who defied all odds life threw at him from being born in a house with limited needs, to being ridiculed by society, he never gave up and maintained his dignity and respect by working hard towards his one dream to become an IAS officer, and in the year of 2006, his hard work was redeemed and rewarded, he succeeded by attaining 48th rank in the #IAS examination conducted by the #UPSC
