Congratulations on your new house and baby! Honestly I didn't buy to much Halloween this year either, I just lost my Dad a few weeks back and I can't seem to get into the spirit this year ,but I do enjoy watching Halloween shopping videos , especially the ones with vintage decorations. 🧡🍁🍂
I too did not feel the Halloween vibes this year. I didn’t see anything that I absolutely had to have except for maybe these grey Casper kitchen towels that I wasn’t able to find 😢 I did want some of the “viral” items but I wasn’t exactly hunting for them. I just figured if they find me I’ll get them otherwise I wasn’t really feeling it. I mostly splurged on kitchen towels and several other items I wanted. I always miss the antique shops because I’m wasting my time going to big box stores looking for the things I want before the damned resellers get to them UGH. I live in California so it’s really hard to find anything anymore. Your haul was amazing! Such unique finds. This is what I wish I could find. And I especially love that grandma sweater. Hoping I can find one in the future. Also love the necklace and Casper shirt you’re wearing!
I'm sorry this season felt lackluster to you too. If you live in California I have to believe there's some awesome thrifting opportunities for you out there! Maybe you can plan a road trip around your state next year and hit up a bunch of spots??
That witchy blow mold is A M A Z I N G but the cardigan got me to completion. That tiny scarecrow die cut is also a cutie. Literally everything is cute, I'm jealous!
I absolutely lucked out & found 3 blow molds at Goodwill in the size of your witch. They were $5 each. Two were black cats & pumpkins & one was a scarecrow & pumpkin. I was way too excited 😂
You are being sensible & wise! Your home is where you will raise your family. So, it is a priority, as far as spending goes. I think everything looks great!!! 💖💖💖
Sarah, I really enjoyed your video. My favorite items were the Owl, Halloween tin, and the Krampus ornament. I saw yesterday that Walmart had a Krampus on the shelf doll. He is awesome! The detail to his face is wonderful. Thought of you when I saw him. Thank you for sharing. 🎃
Loved the owl. This year I mostly shopped thrift stores for Halloween. I found a Dan Grunst Pumpkin scarecrow and stacked pumpkin there. My favorite store bought item was the Target terracotta ghost with his arms sticking out, SO CUTE!
Your videos are the highlight of my everything! I just adore you so much!!! Please come to the PNW for spooky shopping fun times! You can visit a ton of the Twin Peaks filming locations here in Seattle! Thank you so much for being such a bright spot in the world! Love love love your face! 🧡🎃🧡🎃🧡🎃 p.s. I neeeeed that Casper dress or shirt you’re wearing! I am dyinggggggg!!!!!!
omg thank you ghoul! that warmed my heart! I love the PNW so I'll find a reason to go there anytime!! And I got the shirt from the brand cakeworthy! 🥺💞
Well, that was fun! The Halloween paper decorations that you like are what we had when I was a kid, and I love them, too. I bet my mother threw them out!😢 Next year you get to Halloween hunt with a baby!!😊
Hello, thank you for sharing your antique finds. Love a good fleamarket and antique mall. My favorite finds of yours was the owl , tin , and the small finds. I have a shelf covered in small Halloween goodies this year , i can't stop looking at it. My favorite find of the year while thrifting was a hard plastic jack-o-latern that lights up with a D battery. I could not believe it was sitting there , only 6.99 😮.
Girl! This haul blew me away! Been lusting after the little plastic candy container ( they are so pricey) i was right with you on the colors on that clown/scarecrow/jack-o-lantern. I would have totally grabbed that. Nod to Krampus cuz im also German, but the piece de resistance was that OWL. it caught my eye in the clip and when you held it up, i audibly screamed "yes!" Also last week i just purched 3 blow mold candy buckets off ebay. You denifinitly feel like family
He was too cool to pass up!! Sometime I can get distracted by the plastic pumpkins/blow molds but there's SO MUCH more Halloween goods out there than that 😍
Great video Sarah! I especially love the die cuts that you got and the smaller blow molds, I have my eye on a few that I hope to purchase one day. My family and I are moving into our new home on the 25th!! So I have yet to decorate for Halloween which definitely put a damper on the Halloween vibes this year.
Love the pales you got 🎃 I didn’t go all out this year either. I got an all black Skelton woman figurine to add to my día de Los muertos decor & jack o lantern wood chimes from World Market.
24:48 With mom sharing her stories of one of the two Halloween costumes she had available being a hobo, and this being from the 50's I think? I'm wondering if the clown pumpkin is going for that old hobo look. You know, the bindle carying ones.
Hi there. Really like that tin! Saw it listed somewhere for 27 bucks (and some change), it also said that it was from 1982, but who knows? Anyway, good for you!, and really nice choices you made for 2024! (Classy) 🎃
I enjoyed your fun haul, Sarah! I especially love the tin pail and the owl. Is the owl made from wood? Resin? Ceramics? But, what I really want to ask you... can you share more info about your necklace? It reminds me of Scary Rigged's pieces.
Thanks for another great video!! I have to agree with you about Facebook . . . but the true cesspool of unadulterated cow manure is definitely Twitter!! Also, regarding that dude who tried to charge you for taking a picture: You have every right to take a picture of anything in the outside world. If he's out in public selling whatever, his merchandise is fair game.
Sarah's husband here - I got her that necklace last year at Emporium 32 in Salem, Massachusetts :) And I believe it was a crafted necklace, like I had seen those pumpkin beads before while in a bead store in Arkansas. So I bet if you google pumpkin beads you could find them and put them on a nice chain to make your own, if you're not close to Salem.
I do think you got a lot of Halloween stuff for this video, I only got 2 things this year. (And as a Christian I must add I was not alarmed with Krampus 😂)
Congratulations to you and Colton on your new home and the upcoming arrival of your demon spawn!... wait, *Baby (pls read as a joke!!)😉 Awesome haul Sarah! Ugh, Facebook is almost dead to me, and Instagram is becoming just as bad, as you mentioned. I still use Twitter, but with Musk at the helm... Eww, I don't want to contribute to his earnings. It feels like RUclips and TikTok are all that's left for me. However, TikTok is now overwhelmed with product promotions. I'm okay with RUclips sponsorships, but they need to match your unique style (for example, Midge Munster does her sponsor spots brilliantly).
LOL demon spawn 😭 No I completely agree. I obviously want to be able to pay my bills and support my child but not at the cost of losing all trust with my audience by promoting a product I don't believe in or doesn't align with me. Its a struggle figuring that out 💞
@ Just be you 🤷🏻♂️ That’s why I’m here in the first place. Your presence brings me comfort, I will listen to you selling me blood from my own veins, just to keep feeling the magic you remind me of. Sounds silly, but Halloween has always been my comfort. Controlling the unknown, but I’m happy watching everyone else celebrate, whilst I just watch 🖤❤️ 🧙🏽🎃🐈⬛🧙🏻♀️

I'm so sorry for your loss 💔 I hope the Halloween spirit lifts you up next year!

Wow you must be in the mid west?
I can't recall EVER finding a blowmold at a Good Will in my area 😆

You scored on that Krampus ornament, I love the Krampus folklore and find it so fascinating
Isn't it?? Winter folklore is my absolute favorite ❄️
Small haul, but excellent finds and that can be even better🎃

You can't go wrong with a good light up jack o'! 🎃
Your necklace though ❤

I feel you!! Even moving in during July felt rushed to fully decorate the entire house 😆
Love the pales you got 🎃 I didn’t go all out this year either. I got an all black Skelton woman figurine to add to my día de Los muertos decor & jack o lantern wood chimes from World Market.
I have that witch blow mold also! 🧡🖤

Ommmg probably hun! Good catch!
Please come to Anoka, MN the Halloween capital of the country! Keep your expectations… realistic. 😂😅
I absolutely will do both! I know social media can...skew things 😆
I always liked the Krampus lore too. My father's side is German.
33:13 Babs!! 😂
I found the small witch blow mold at my local thrift store in July for $2. The witch is all black. I was super excited! 👻🎃
$2??!! 😭😭😭

The orange owl is made by Ragon House, I bought the same one from the Traditions website early in the spooky season!
I WANTED that ghost so bad, but never found him!! Maybe next year...😉
I enjoyed your fun haul, Sarah! I especially love the tin pail and the owl. Is the owl made from wood? Resin? Ceramics? But, what I really want to ask you... can you share more info about your necklace? It reminds me of Scary Rigged's pieces.
He's made of paper mache apparently! And I got my necklace at Emporium 32 in Salem, Massachusetts! I'm not 100% sure who made it though
love love love this video. Never say sorry
I have always wanted to go to Brimfield!!
You should go!! Even if its a couple years from now, it will still be there 💞
Thanks for another great video!!
