is it possible with every (switch/)suatain-pedal? or do you need a special one (for volume regulation)?
I use the Yamaha FC7 pedal but you can use a generic brand. Probably wouldnt use a sustain pedal.

Ha ha I think you mean to aTV. With a external video card adaptor. USB to VGA as I have an old Tv but you can also get USB to HDMI
