Something that might help with the chipped end is to cut half the tile and then turn it around and cut the other half. It doesn't always work because sometimes the chip happens in the middle, but is worth the try. I find that those types of wet saws cause the chip because of the pressure you put on both halves as you push them.
Also, I noticed that the edges of the tile are very chipped. That is not normal. I had that same issue with a Hercules diamond blade that had the same design as your blade. It might help to get a diamond blade with a smooth edge design for porcelain tiles. Instead of using the blade to smooth the chipped edges, try using a diamond block. It works very well to smooth the edges of the tiles .
