Now 60, and have noticed my leg strength no longer what it was. And along come Bob and Brad with the ideal exercises to reverse the trend a bit. Thanks guys
Thanks. I’m a younger guy and had to get a hip replacement. I’ve struggled with strength as balance issues since. I used to be an athlete and it’s hard not being as able bodied as I used to be. Thanks for all the good videos.
I absolutely love the regular and advanced side abduction exercises. I felt a burn after three reps. I also enjoyed that these are all body weight exercises. Thank you guys again for all the wonderful information.
Thanks, after turning 67 and losing my leg strength, I started looking for easy exercises to get my strength back, I had forgotten. All about these exercises, I used to do them 40 years ago.. Thank you..
I am depressed watching you! I am 49 years old and I am ready to cry watching you. Oh my god I feel so bad but you keep working. You are full of energy!!!
I REALLY appreciate you guy’s. I went to the orthopedic and learned I need to change my exercise routine if I want to save my knees. I didn’t want to lose all the progress I’ve made improving my body over the years, so, I came straight to your channel after I thought, “What would Bod and Brad do? 😂 I will go to a physical therapist and show them this video to have a discussion about a better method for me to stay fit while keeping my joints safe ❤ Thank you for all your effort in creating these videos. They have really made a difference since my discovery of your channel ❤🙏🏾
Thank you Bob and Brad I am a young 71 year old, however, I am starting to have problems with my balance. I think it has more to do with being too sedentary. I appreciate these exercises and hopefully it will help me to start feeling stronger again. I was starting to think maybe I am starting to have Parkinson's. I sure hope this helps. Thank you so much.
You mentioned leg cramps....what causes that and how can I prevent it. I am a nurse and I frequently get leg cramps is I am working long hours on my feet. Especially if it is hot and humid it seems. Thank you so much for your videos. They have truly made a difference for me!

Thank you. I'm 75, have cramps and hamstring in my left knee twice a week at least, knee cup gets jammed, I take Aspirin and walk about 5 minutes and it goes away, my upper body no problem so far, I think I have this problem because I play golf, afraid of doctors might tell me to quit golfing. But all these exercises in video are very helpful. Thanks.
I have super bad knees from a motorcycle accident, but I’m willing to try anything. I’ve lost a lot of muscle in my legs. I went on a diet to lose fat and as you know you try to lose muscle in order to gain your success with fat, but I’ve taken to the extreme and lost most my muscle in my leg, thank you Brian
Hey a big thank for your work I'm on a path of becoming a yoga instructor and studying a lot of anatomy and physiology, your videos are so practical and have been of great help! So hoping all these can actually help traditional yoga instructors to get inspired to be more sensible yoga instructors! Love the spirit too! Greeting and lots of love from yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh, India.Came here for a course ended up doing self-studying with videos like yours. So I've found your videos totally helpful for self-studies during the pandemic!
You can squat with the knee going further than the foot. I and every weightlifter says it bs and it isn't bad for you. Full squats with maximum depth are also very good for the legs btw if you can't go full depth yet go deeper and deeper over time by holding on to something for balance

Nice one chaps. Great @75 I'm experiencing everything you guys spoke of and these exercises address what needs to be done for hamstrings and the hip pain. Balance is also an issue. You got everything in one video. Yay
To the best therapists on RUclips, Since one of you is a martial arts practitioner, how about doing a demo and explanation of the Horse Stance as found in the martial arts and the less stressful horse stance found in some QiGong practices. Thanks.
Thanks for all the videos. I've found so many of yours that help me. One thing, though, is that I can't always tell the difference between damaging pain and pain you experience when you're exercising a muscle that's been dormant too long. I remember in high school, first day in PE after summer break, the coach would run us through our calisthenics and I'd be so sore the next day I could hardly walk.
Son died heart broken but you are helping me with the broken body thanks Often play your clips to keep me company and always leaves me smiling
Sorry for your loss
Stay strong, I been through a lot to but I am doing my best to keep myself up.
