I am getting serve pain walking on my left foot because of a callus sitting on the far right side of the ball of my foot.
What is the best solution to take the pressure of this area of my foot, and help me walk easier again!

Based on your description you have a callus under the big toe joint. I would recommend modifying your current insoles with a cutout for the large toe joint, see this video for an example: ruclips.net/video/AaLPnIdp79g/видео.htmlfeature=shared. Adding a good arch support that transfers the pressure from the ball into the arch would also help. However, this would require a full contact orthotic.
