You have to spot those on location because Blathers won’t take fakes for the museum so you might have paid full price for a falsification. It’s super fun actually! Early Animal Crossing games has Redd on a tent that would eventually pop up (think like we have Kicks!in New Horizons) but now it’s just perfect that it’s a boat!
I hope they update the inventory, I want to be able to split a quantity, or just have more control dividing things. Right now you can only pick one item. I'd also like more control over how much you can sell/buy.
What do you mean? You can pick it up in the inventory screen. Hold A. You can put it back in the stack or make new stacks. Although i agree, more control would be nice.
I agree! I think itd be really convenient if they made it work something like the Minecraft inventory works,, where, when you press three times itll automatically grab everything of the same stackable item and stack it
The "real" art is fake, too. It's possible to buy two copies of the same "real" artwork, and each one costs, like, four bees. The fakes are identified by glaringly obvious inconsistencies that never would have happened if someone was attempting to actually forge art. They're a decoy meant to lure Blathers into a false sense of security and make him feel better about accepting the "real" artwork, which he doesn't realize are forgeries because he's not actually qualified to identify them.
I have 5 stars but this update has me hyped!! and despite being at 5 stars, my island is still very subpar! I have a cool opening area, but I have like 40% of my map completely barren
This update is exactly why I didn't flesh out my island yet. I had a feeling more major stuff was gonna get added. I expected a shop but this is still big.
atti don’t get discouraged, you can get to 5 stars without making it look bad!! Flowers, fences (and I’m assuming hedges), and Nook miles items go a long way for star rating! Don’t feel pressured to clutter or overcrowd, it’s very achievable!

I saw a comment like this but I wanted to re create it a little differently. First off, able sisters should be 4 stories, first floor would be normal, second floor would be kicks’ section, the third floor would be harriets hair salon, and the top floor would be label’s modeling office. Brewster’s coffee shop, with Leif’s garden kiosks outside. And a section in the museum to Celeste’s observatory, with big bookshelves that you can buy books off of (they would be similar to songs)
Sunny_sideup it would also be neat if the player gained access to exclusive hair styles when you visit her salon- it would give a good and fun reason for her to be in the game
That sounds a little too busy tbh. I think just having 2 stories for the able shop, with a remodeled 1st floor and a 2nd floor featuring kicks and harriet (maybe she sells wigs and hats now) would be a major upgrade without going too far. I totally agree adding celestes observatory though! (And also please let them add the gift shop back)

Everyone is talking about how they want more permanent shops, me too, but maybe one or two because if they release tons, if will clutter I our island, what we dont realize is that in every game before this, we had a separate section for most stores, to put every single one on the island would just be a mess and very cluttered :( just wanted to say that just in case, have a good day!

His store simply was not a big enough appeal to warrant own shop, so maybe the could add on to the able sister with kicks and stuff. Just my ideas

Yeah lol bunny day is pretty much the only holiday where you have to scavenge for things. Other Scavenge Holidays I can think of is the acorn festival in wild world but your only finding acorns under trees and stuff. The acorn festival was only in wild world and hasn't returned since as tortimer dressed up as cornimer to host it. So I doubt it'll ever come back especially with other fall related events they could do.

I have 5 stars but this update has me hyped!! and despite being at 5 stars, my island is still very subpar! I have a cool opening area, but I have like 40% of my map completely barren

atti don’t get discouraged, you can get to 5 stars without making it look bad!! Flowers, fences (and I’m assuming hedges), and Nook miles items go a long way for star rating! Don’t feel pressured to clutter or overcrowd, it’s very achievable!

I'd like Isabelle to announce when someone like Leif, Redd, Flick or CJ visits the island. Also adding a list of what you already have donated to the museum that includes Fossils or add fossils to the critterpedia would be nice too.
Maybe not to the Critterpedia (okay, maybe for fossils) but certainly something similar would be nice. I could see an art app being its own thing.

I saw a comment like this but I wanted to re create it a little differently.
First off, able sisters should be 4 stories, first floor would be normal, second floor would be kicks’ section, the third floor would be harriets hair salon, and the top floor would be label’s modeling office.
Brewster’s coffee shop, with Leif’s garden kiosks outside.
And a section in the museum to Celeste’s observatory, with big bookshelves that you can buy books off of (they would be similar to songs)

That sounds a little too busy tbh. I think just having 2 stories for the able shop, with a remodeled 1st floor and a 2nd floor featuring kicks and harriet (maybe she sells wigs and hats now) would be a major upgrade without going too far. I totally agree adding celestes observatory though! (And also please let them add the gift shop back)

they already said we'll get 1 year of free updates on ac direct, and they're all already planned. they have a right to make paid dlcs next year, as they're already generous enough to give us a game full of contents and free updates

Everyone is talking about how they want more permanent shops, me too, but maybe one or two because if they release tons, if will clutter I our island, what we dont realize is that in every game before this, we had a separate section for most stores, to put every single one on the island would just be a mess and very cluttered :( just wanted to say that just in case, have a good day!

In an optimistic way, what if most main title games are getting content improvement, so there is more new and fresh things to do (in that game, not new for the series necessarily). Yeah lol bunny day is pretty much the only holiday where you have to scavenge for things.
Other Scavenge Holidays I can think of is the acorn festival in wild world but your only finding acorns under trees and stuff. The acorn festival was only in wild world and hasn't returned since as tortimer dressed up as cornimer to host it. So I doubt it'll ever come back especially with other fall related events they could do.

Stop talking about this game for 6 year olds as if it goes hard. When I was in middle school I was carrying out hits in GTA3, cutting mfs in half in Devil May Cry, and then going out on the streets and fighting for fun. Generation Z needs to stick to Animal Crossing and Kingdom Hearts. I'm a rare breed from a tougher era. 💪
