OK so you can reload your Steyr M1912 Pistol with individual rounds in Izonzo, but not the Mauser C96? Is there any technical reason (on the gun)? I think not.
You can manually lock the slide to the rear on the Steyr, thus allowing you to fill in individual rounds. It's an extreme pain to do on the C96 since it doesn't have a dedicated slide lock, the thing that locks your slide on the C96 is the follower of the internal magazine when you empty it. You can even notice that on the BF1 animation the slide magically opens and moves without any physical interaction.
I feel battlefield is more strayed towards a call of duty play style. The reloads are more tactical and fast. Where as Isonzo is more focused on the historical part, and the reloads in that game is more realistic in a since where you have to actually use cover to your advantage. Plus Isonzo doesn’t have an auto reload feature meaning if you’re out you have to manually reload.
If you would've shot one or two shots with the vetterli vitali in battlefield 1 you would have gotten another reload animation. Three or four shots reloads the entire clip
Enbloc clips are different than traditional stripper clips, enblocs go into the rifle alongside the clip, and eject from the bottom on the last round of the magazine
I appreciate the more uncompromising accuracy of isonzo but if it ain't a kick in the balls to have to empty your rifle to reload. it's not that unrealistic to STRIP a couple rounds off of a STRIPPER clip, even if its into your hand then load it manually. Has me consistently firing into the ground or air just to get a reload, which i doubt that'd be a realistic choice given the alternative of just fiddle with it a tiny bit longer and store a less-full clip in your kit.

Nah ZzZ opinion
Wholeheartedly agree. Battlefield 1 is a great game but Isonzo is so much more immersive to me and that’s what I love in a war shooter.
This entire comment section is just filled with bf1 fanboys Jesus Christ

They are right.
*BF1 and WW1 fanboy
Well bf1 has a couple thousand players, and well isonzo has a crisp 400 if I'm generous
@@alamo134 "fanboy" 💀
I feel battlefield is more strayed towards a call of duty play style. The reloads are more tactical and fast. Where as Isonzo is more focused on the historical part, and the reloads in that game is more realistic in a since where you have to actually use cover to your advantage. Plus Isonzo doesn’t have an auto reload feature meaning if you’re out you have to manually reload.
50% of cqb fights in isonzo boil down to "guess who has a round in the chamber"
Isonzo is just hype on the beginning
If you would've shot one or two shots with the vetterli vitali in battlefield 1 you would have gotten another reload animation. Three or four shots reloads the entire clip
Something about isonzo just looks too weird for me everything looks too stretched and warped makes everything look kinda off.
I'm wondering what happens to the stripper clips on some of the bolt actions
There’s a gap in the magazine where they fall through once the clip is empty
Some are en bloc clips not strippers. Like the M1 garand mags they only pop out/fall out after the gun is emptied.
Enbloc clips are different than traditional stripper clips, enblocs go into the rifle alongside the clip, and eject from the bottom on the last round of the magazine
I think the only enbloc that's a rarity in the way it works is the M1 Garand, where the clip ejects upon the last round being fired
Watermelon likes guns
👍
I appreciate the more uncompromising accuracy of isonzo but if it ain't a kick in the balls to have to empty your rifle to reload. it's not that unrealistic to STRIP a couple rounds off of a STRIPPER clip, even if its into your hand then load it manually. Has me consistently firing into the ground or air just to get a reload, which i doubt that'd be a realistic choice given the alternative of just fiddle with it a tiny bit longer and store a less-full clip in your kit.
A-fucking-men to that! I love each of the WW1 Game Series games, but this is a huge problem in each of them and seems like it wouldn't be too hard to overcome.
Actually you can eject a clip out of a carcano and The mannlicher m95 you can find videos about it
@@ÀngryŊoodle you totally could in real life, but the WW1 Game Series games do not allow you to do so, which is a major oversight and a huge hindrance sometimes.
Isonzo mogs hard
Isonzo could really use better animations and audio design. Battlefield 1 may not be accurate to real life in every corner of firearm operation, but each weapon sounds powerful and the animations bring some energy.
nah, I like how slow and methodical the anims are in Isonzo and how metallic the guns sound. Bf1 just seems soulless, keep in mind I love both games.
They might sound powerful but Isonzo has better feeling weaponry due to most weapons being 1-2 shots to kill
Perfection
Why not show of bf1 on italian maps for this showcase…
isonzo is good, but overall bf1 wins by miles. the animations in isonzo are just so slow that they’re unsatisfying, and i just love bf1’s sounds as well
Battlefield 1 Is too fast,a soldier in ww1 never reloaded so fast and some animations are wrong.Isonzo is more realistic.Bjt I get why bf1 animations are so fast, they Just want to make a shooter that more people can enjoy, and I still play It everyday.
Don’t ever read the comments on a reload video. Worst mistake of my life

Why there are t shotgun!?
This pretty much shows how a 2016 game DEMOLISHES a 2022. Btf1 was truly ahead of his time (just like btf 4) and it's still a lovely game!! Isonzo on the other hand...
BF1 is great, but these two games are entirely different experiences. One is an arcade shooter and the other is focused on historical authenticity and detail, which it accomplishes greatly, albeit a little clunky and stiff. Still a much more immersive experience and one that I much prefer to BF1.
@@huggniceman4975 they are indeed, but from a graphics perspective (which is what the video displays) Isonzo is waaay too clunky and outdated... I do enjoy more hardcore/immersive experiences such as Hell let loose, Squad and Tarkov but Isonzo is not quite there in terms of quality.
@@justanotherfool1807 I can definitely agree with you there, Isonzo is not even close to the level of HLL or Squad in terms of immersion, graphics, gameplay, really any measure. I still love Isonzo, I have a lot of fun playing it, but you're definitely right about that.
@@justanotherfool1807 Also, I apologize for implying that you're a fool for your opinion with the "username checks out" comment. I'll edit and remove that, as it was entirely undeserved.
@@huggniceman4975 I'll remove "trash game" from my comment, it's not a trash game, it's just that I'm tired of companies selling us the same game with little to no improvements... I really feel like Isonzo could have been a really great game but it reminds me wayy too much of Verdun rather than a 2022 game :/ (don't take me wrong, the same happens with battlefield with btf2042)
Modello 1915 magazine best
Still bf> isonzo all the way

Isonzo really doesn't improve much since Verdun, still clunky
Virtually the same game, except more expensive and lacking content. So it's a ripoff. Don't buy Isonzo
@@Ramlin1210 Yeah Steam Chart already tells me why I shouldn't buy this game. BF1 is enough, or maybe worth it. Even playing on server with standard issue rifles limitation gives more enjoyable realism than WW1 series.
