Main Event Mafia was legendary because it felt realistic. The veterans that have been champions everywhere, saying the young guys don't listen and are disrespectful punks. That's a story that could be played at any time.
They could do a story like that in AEW with the veterans against the Elite who don‘t like to listen to them i.e Hangman and Punk.

never was interested in TNA at first but this storyline and faction is what actually got me invested into watching their product! Not only that but the alliance they had with The World Elite (which is also my fav group) with each members representing their own respective countries!
