and yeah for me NFS RIVALS IS THE BEST NFS GAME from GHOST GAMES ok not better than HEAT

Like imagine NFS Rivals but with modern NFS customization and minus the bugs, that would be my perfect nfs game.
that would never happen now sadly its all about street racing in a modern city. But I would still hope for a sequel to this game. The story was dark and edgy and Core Gameplay wise it was the perfect last game which had the perfect B2D physics too.
For me, customization in Rivals than most modern racing games. Only problem I have with Rivals is the lack body part changing. But I think that aspect is also morr realistic since most of the cars in Rivals don't have many customization options irl either.
from 2010-2013 NFS was avoiding the customisation part but the games were fun but it was not NFS it was just fun racing as all games should be.
NFS games are meant to have customisation street racing and all.

yep I never played those NFS games but I know what you are mainly talking about Hot Pursuit ll and I am from the beginning of the fast n furious era so yep.
One thing is for sure the NFS series have been different games for different types of players.
I am sure NFS has one of the most diverse fan bases of all other series.
Rival never gets you bored, it was a perfect and more active players then unbound
I dont think unbound doesn't have active players, there are players in Unbound Online but now the linkup and also 16 Player Server Size is too small for those class playlist race.
If the global matchmaking system is introduced in Unbound like Hot Pursuit Online or even Forza Horizon Open Racing.
Personally, I prefer NFS Hot Pursuit over rivals

Not really, the only great thing about this game is how the multiplayer works, idk just had not so good experience with this game, i still prefer most wanted 2012 and hot porsuit 2010 over Rivals for sure

being able to drive a veneno is already enough to convince me to play rivals, even tho I'm aware of the game's bugs.
also, there's a certain Lexus there that I wanted to drive as well, so that's a win.
Veneno is love but sadly lexus cars are only exclusive to Cops side I wish we had the same car list for both racers and cops like hot pursuit.
Well, the bugs are nothing when you start to feel the game. You can play cop2racers if you wanna drive cop cars in racer mode.
there are some bugs which are a total game breaking for me but I still play and love this game being a AAA game it should not have those bugs though but as you know this game is literally 10 years old now so...
@@SUPnurA Yeah. EA Rushed the game and they never wanted to fix it either. But I never faced game breaking bugs though. I only faced that freezing issue. But only for 5-6 seconds. I think the online mode has the most issues. I don't play multiplayer much. But I have seen people say there are so much bugs in thr multiplayer more than the singleplayer.

I still will forever hate the fact that this game was hated for years by almost everyone I understand nfs most wanted 2005 was “better” but it’s like the “old fans” don’t truly give the modern titles like this one love I’ve played this game for almost a decade since early 2014 I don’t get bored of it mainly because the cops for me can still be unforgiving I hope there’s a sequel or more added to this game

Just got unbound for a great price though, not bored with it just yet
It is a fun game but the only problem is that: everyone is doing linkup events and no one is accepting race invites more often.
What you can do wait for the linkup event to end and when everyone escapes try to send a race invite, there is a chance you will get somebody(or more) to play with you.
LINKUPS are fun though, but it killed Races.
Need for Speed rivals had the true meaning of The name need for Speed All things to the iconic trio the Hennessey venom GT the Koenigsegg agera R and the Bugatti Veyron super sport

Yes, The core gameplay is good even but it was a very rushed game (9months) and we can see how many bugs and 30fps 💀

there are already 3 of us, I bought that game on my PS3 in 2020 and I still didn't have a ps4, I really enjoyed it while everyone played the new nfs, and now that I have a ps4, I bought Rivals again and I don't regret it. :)

And they will shut the server, servers need maintenance (cost cutting). if they make the game somehow offline playable then cool!
I just downloaded this game yesterday and its awesome...hope they will add 60fps and soon we will get to see remastered version of this game
Rivals is just a better game. It has better music, a better driving experience, more content, better sounds, and is just perfect.

i feel like rivals is honestly better than unbound and heat. and while its not as good as hp 2010 it still has the gadgets and a few of the elements that made 2010 fun while giving it a new twist. it got a bit repetitive towards the end but it was honestly a really good nfs game

Looks fun. The game could get revamped in my opinion on some more modern hardware. Frostbite 3 isn't made for racing games.
NFS may not get it's own engine I think. Now that EA Sports WRC is powered by Unreal Engine. I have played Unreal Engine racing which was Hot Wheels Unleashed, the physics was good Of course it was arcade. lets see how WRC game physics will be.

honestly, I still play NFS Rivals, it seems to me one of the most successful games in the NFS series, and the cars are gorgeous, and I also like that you can be a cop or a racer when you want
bro i bought the nfs mega steam pack, started with unbound online and did as you said, installed rivals not expecting that much and boy... this is... like what nfs should always be, heat multiplier , addictive grinding, police and thug gamestyle, graphics look great honestly, so im using Rivals as the "Unbound" single player and whenevr i wanna do goofy online races i switch to unbound
this is what I'm currently playing NFS as a single game, right now Unbound's Multiplayer is in the best stage, but the Single player sucks ,that's where Rivals come in clutch! 😎

I tried playing Rivals once. Ended up stuck and smashed around before I got arrested, causing me to have all my save data in the game erased. I genuinely don’t understand why Heat goes up so unreasonably high to such unreasonably high levels.
In Rivals, Every Heat Level is Difficult. The Game is design to outrun the cops and escaping from them is going back to the garage.
Thankfully the game does have multiplier that makes risk reward worth it!
But if you want to roam around freely play as a cop. 😂

@@SUPnurA Jokes aside this game HAS A MORE STABLE HANDLING MODEL THAN UNBOUND. Like seriously. During the last week of the story mode I drove the Nissan GTR they give you. This car was so bouncy. So unstable. I had to sell it, buy a Countach, tune it for S+ and then beat the game while praying I don't get flung into the stratosphere. I uninstalled Unbound immediately after beating it because I was that angry at the physics lmao.

Rivals on the other hand had perfect brake 2 drift physics (similar to HP2010) and the map was made for that physics.
All Rivals cars were very grippy to the ground too.

i would enjoy need for speed rivals much more if it had manual transmission and support for logitech g29! its unplayable for me like that.
the manual transmission, i feel like this game doesn't need that, because lots of things are happening around you (especially pursuit techs), well its personal preference. I'm comparing it with hot pursuit 2010.
I played with the G29, thanks to the x360ce (controller emulator), not a good experience but it was fun 😆
i wish more of the police cars were shared with the racers and vice versa. i find it bummer that the police has access to the speed record breaking hypercars and the racers dont.

I think they wanted some cars exclusive to Cops, so that players will choose cops more often.
That was a bad decision. Learn from Hot Pursuit 2010.
@@SUPnurA i can accept some cars being exclusive but nearly all the cars from both factions being mutually exclusive is stupid. would had been cool if they shared cars but as diferent versions, we have that to an extent, like the racers have the spyder version of the 458 and 12C while cops have the coupe (i prefer coupe though, and i also dont like playing cop so that was a bit of a bummer to me but still), the aventador of the racers is the anniversary edition while cops is the standart, etc.
the racers could have had the regular F1 since the cops have the LM (although i think those should be switched), or they could have the veyron grand sport vittese and venom GT spyder, so on so forth. but still, other cars like the LFA, carrera GT, marussia B2, agera R, even those starter mercedes being cop exclusive were such a bummer.

well, in this video: my rivals is running @30fps, but if you are on PC with the help of mod, you can run it aboue 60+fps.

Unbound is trash and it didn't even sell well. Heat is cool and Payback is ok. After coming off of Hot Pursuit Remastered I finally gave this game a try and 5 hours in I will say it's really good, it's like Hot Pursuit but with more freedom. The only 2 things I don't like is I wish there was more to the story and it's a bit heavy on the particle effects floating around and can be a bit distracting.

Bro unbound sucks, ive always loved nfs games. My first one was rivals and i bought all them since. i bought unbound for $70! The game sucks. Its terrible. The effects are terrible. The events are terrible. Even turning the effects off its still bad. The game is bad. Why is there an event where u crash into stuff, its nfs!!! Overall i dont like it and it’s disappointing. Ive only spent 4 hours on it and i bought it right when it came out. On all the other nfs games i have a total of like 1000 hours so that just shows how bad this one is.

Yep I agree The first 2: Volume 1 and 2. were really bad. after the volume 3 update everything is back on track but linkups are fun but it killed racing all together.
I just want global matchmaking online in race. So that i dont have to wait for someone to race with me
