How much experience do you have with the instant pot? Are you sure 40 min is enough for consistent results? If so I'm going to buy one

I have years of successful grows with an instapot! Only downside is size, they are usually kinda small, but perfect for half pints, or a couple of pints. YOU CAN'T STERILIZE RAW GRAINS IN ONE, ONLY GRAINS FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. (Popcorn, brown rice flour, etc.) I have plenty of teks here that work great with an instapot, or hell just a regular pot for some. Happy growing🍄

Then do you just inoculate with a spore syringe through the self healing port?
You certainly can, but brown rice is better for spore germination. I use agar for cloning by placing a piece of mushroom through the port and letting it grow and isolating the mycelium from the contamination.
great vid, btw also the nice hippie music underlining is a good and fitting choice. (since in the other vid about popcorn spawn you mentioned not being good at picking tunes)
