It’d be cool if in Siege they add a bundle that adds outfits to the GSG9 to make them look like their XDefiant counterparts
Would love if they started to add the extractions skins they did. Many looked sick compared to the ones we get in Siege mostly these days :/
Suppose it was inevitable siege would make it into the game. Surprised they did one specific faction from siege and not team rainbow as a whole, but I suppose that's to the open the door for other ops later down the line.
Same reason we get specific factions from other games lets them have more options later for other characters and abilities
Yeah they only have so many IPs that fit. If they wanted to, in two years time they could have 5 or 6 rainbow factions
Now we can hear the blitz complain in other game. Actually I love it

Definitely one of the biggest misses of this game. Its suppose to be a "best of" ubisoft but they use non of the iconic characters?!
Probably due to the separation of the two dev teams and even though they are both Ubisoft games, they still have to deal with all the regular licensing slog that comes with crossovers. It was probably just a lot easier to just leave out the specific characters and then maybe just add them in later as skins and such. Just simplifying the process so they can focus on other stuff

Yeah you hit the nail on the head. The reason we are getting nothing is because they have other investments. This is what destroys a game. They have seen how successful the free to play market is and they want in.

1 new map per month? It's Ubi, give it 6 months and maps will stop being added and they'll switch to 1 new map a year

So this is what they put all the labor and hours that should have been for siege. Nice a crappy overwatch style cod gets a full meal while siege gets the crumbs
I wish they would just focus on Siege. I play XDefiant but I'll never spend a penny on an unbalanced generic shooter. Meanwhile I still have to keep myself from wanting to buy more Siege stuff.

Exactly what I was thinking.....they just gave up on extraction in only a year. I'm not even hopeful about R6 mobile getting released now. They bout to do R6 same way they did splinter cell, and they'll probably just eventually merge both franchises into this
Glad your covering different games now! Stopped watching g siege content after playing since alpha just had enough of all the shit! From hackers to cheaters to lack of content and the god dahm common skin battlepass it's just ridiculous and now they want membership 😂
My main concern is the game being "Free." I'd rather pay and avoid the grind, but even paid games like R6S have heavy monetization and microtransactions, so I might be contradicting myself.
so far it's basically all cosmetic. sure you can get weapon xp tokens from battle pass but they've also had double xp weekends every weekend so far

I will not touch XDefiant again until they reign the snipers in, it's the worst gaming experience in the world to get 1 tapped in the elbow by a sniper.
I feel like this game is going to flop as it is so heavily focussed on the gunplay that the gadgets become trivial
whats the point of so many characters if their gadgets are more of a niche
and the guns aren't anything innovative either, its just call of duty weapons

And call of duty weapons are somehow innovative? They are all either just real life guns with different names, or guns from other shooters. And if you think the abilities are trivial then you’re just dumb. The abilities make winning objective modes on your own so much easier once you understand how and when to use them
It had 10 million players during the first two weeks of launch. It’ll be fine as long as they keep churning out content.
This just in, guy finds out guns in video games are based off real life.
And gunplay is SUPPOSED to be the most important factor in winning any gun fight, gadgets are just there as a secondary approach, players dint need to be carried by abilities
