I love how even you are struggling to contain the laughter after he ashed the danger effect. Misplays do happen, but he had 3 potentially turn ending interruptions against you and he used all 3 on the worst points possible. Like I'm not sure you had game if ad charger was banished from called by, or if morphing jar got ashed, and especially if morphing jar got tributed for nib.

I gotta thank this guy cause I dueled a zombie mill deck, the one from one of his videos, and I would have probanly chained Maxx C until I saw that particular zombie he used on his meme duel. I ended up with 8 cards in deck.

Honestly, this kind of Empty Jar deck is something I'd be very happy to see play out if I were the opposing player. I see ten minute Drytron turns all the time, that's no fun and they all look the same; you see someone try to crack out Empty Jar, you won't see that again and likely have no idea how they plan to get it to work, ABSOLUTELY I'm sitting through every moment of this one.
There's also a way to stop it since this deck lets your opponent draw 5 cards, high chance they have something that stops it.
This guy however, used all 3 interruptions on the worst possible timing/target.
He deserved it tho virtual world players suck
I prefer decks like this, also burn, final countdown, a luck based deck a stax deck. Things I find fun.

I dueled a Virtual World deck yesterday with an incomplete bricked Tenyi deck and somehow managed to win, we were both probably new/trash deck builders, cause I had one of the linked Tenyi monster with 2600 atk on the field without any protection for about 5 turns.
Sometimes, playing with a person that have the same problem such as brick hand is pretty fun, cause all u had to do is just attack and attack till someone lose
2 bricked decks is the epiphany of yugioh, ooh-ooh-aah-aah, i am berserk gorrila style and bonk for 2600.

I remember a duel where I dueled a Prank-Kids player with my FTP plant deck. I didn't draw a single monster for 5 turns and every one of my searches got Ash Blossomed. Somehow they bricked so hard that I didn't lose despite only having 1 disruption trap per turn, and no other cards on the field. Then I won due to a network disconnection.
the morphing jar flipping animation thing was making me lose it lol your editors are the best
3 things of note.
1. VW player messed up turn 1 by alot.
2. 0:40 you say "he's gonna be at this for a while" then proceed to take 10 minutes to deck him out
3. Based. I loved it.
Yeah these decks are gimmicks for lower ladder fun. Way more interesting/fun to watch than meta decks

@@CyanJimbo If there was a casual mode Konami would literally have to just ban all of the "meta" decks or people will just play them in casual to stomp people.
@@TamerSpoon3 I don't know if they would, like alot of people I know use meta decks to try and get plat 1 so they cause use worse decks and no derank, the problem with banning meta decks in a casual is that newer players could use it to practice, and a meta deck is only good if someone knows how to use it, I honestly think people would just get bored using full power Drytron against someone using his 2008 hero deck he really likes to play.
I know in duel links I played 3 casual duel with Cyber when I started playing and got bored after those 3 easy wins. If I beat a deck in ranked now (back in gold) it doesn't feel that great when I check their deck and it's trash.

I actually love that you try to explain what the enemy does. I don't have a clue what virtual world does and most youtubers would just have named the enemies cards without giving any explanation.

Granted a lot of cards I remember the picture but not the effect.
Amazing if not exaggerated that the deck has no losses.
My flip effect deck is a def build around filling our fields and going into a MJ#2 infinite loop. The purpose of it is to send all the spell traps to the GY before out waiting them for a win.
But my lack of hand traps or answers to them mean many losses.
I saw no real way to stop opponents effects in your main deck and figured that would cost you more often.
My guess is the no losses statement is probably to it not having been played a whole bunch. People be dumb on ladder, and even Brick Eyes can win a dozen games in a row by chance.
Or duellogs duellogs is actually a god at the game with a million win count.

Ran into a Virtual World player and decided to not even bother with the aggravation two moves in. Hit Gold yesterday, and got so fed up with the shenanigans I was coming across I just caved and crafted a Maxx C and Nibiru. Would've been able to draw about 10 cards off one guy with Maxx C, but he had a Macro Cosmos active so I couldn't even use it.
Man all i am facing in gold 5 is tri-brigade and virtual world and here I am trying to use a fun red dragon archfiend deck that i built 2 days ago lol. I even got FTKd by a guy using try-brigade with a XYZ monster that when he reached 10 materials he would automatically win the game, and he did, giving 7 materials from another XYZ. It's a nightmare playing non-meta decks these first days of ranked
@@FrankOcean-- I *want* to play my dinosaur deck, but after multiple double digit losing streaks it feels like I *need* to play 3 copies of Called By The Grave, Ash Blossom, Maxx C, and Nibiru because I never seem to have them when I need them. It's not like my deck's super huge, either, it's 46 cards.

The VW player was probably either learning how to pilot or just using a TCG variant of the deck. Either way they should've done a deepdraw with charge warrior off of Lulu and Jiji, followed by Crocodragon, but there isn't much that could've been done after your taiyou hit the field.

Since u are using decks from your old videos, I suggest looking back at the bone tower mill FTK using zombie support (i.e zombie world) and small zoo engine to xyz summon bunch of zombie type monster to mill their whole deck. Still vulnerable to ash or nib but mezuki kinda brings back stuff plus u wont give them handtraps like empty jar.

I played Virtual World once, and he went out on VFD, Utopic Draco, and that stupid bow chick I keep forgetting. Burned through all his negates, and at the end of it all, I ended up with his Utopic Draco, My Utopic Draco, Simorgh, and a really blown up Lyrilusc XYZ monster. He folded

I do not know what the hell was going on in that virtual world player's mind was, but that was probably the worst combo any player can do using virtual world LOL.
The only excuse to that is if that person is new to Virtual World and nothing else.

Either than or he did what I occasionally do is thinking too far ahead, sometikes I activate Lulu, wanting to search Laolao by sending Qinglong, but then I send Laolao by accident cause I see the card and I'm like, yeh add that too hand please, then it gets sent to the grave

I noticed that in the actual deck, you have 1 Magical Stone Excavation and 1 Book of Lunar Eclipse, while in the deck list in the description has 2 Magical Stone Excavation and 0 Book of Lunar Eclipse. Which of those two would be better for the deck?
Probably because Book of Lunar Eclipse is not good. Magical Stone or regular Book of Moon is definitely better.

Well, to be fair, If he summoned DD first turn you probably would have a bad time.
Why no virtual world summons trishula, the best synchro ever and then using it as material for THE VERY FUN DRAGON?
Disclaimer not virtual world player, but I'm pretty sure for virtual world combo they need all their resources turn 1 just to get to vfd. That's why most of the time you see them ending their combo with one vfd and maybe another monster on the board with 1 back roll. Going into trishula is only useful if you want to deny your opponent resource next turn at the cost of them loosing at least one extra draw from going into cocodragon; which could be the resource they'll need to go to vfd. Plus once the very friendly dragon hits the board it doesn't really matter too much whether your opponent has that extra card or not, so having trishula is more of a win more card that takes up extra deck space.
@@placeholder4842 it's also true that isn't possible to win with 2 trishulas, now you need 3 with a set-up negate and even more, but it's limited so you can't
I don't get how Morphing Jar can activate its effect if it's flipped facedown by Book of Moon which resolves first in thr chain.
Flip Effects are mandatory once they activate. Think of it this way, flip effect activates even though they are sent to the graveyard when destroyed by battle because the game is programmed where the effect already resolve once it was flipped up.

personal bias aside; I saw only 1 jar monster hence my complaint.
It's not about the number of cards, it's about your win condition being the said card when it comes to naming a deck.
He only needs 1 if he can search it from an extra deck monster, more consistent than running more... Probably

Flip mill/Moon Control/anti-hand... more like that. one MJ#1 that as far as I could tell would be searchable only if your opponent misplays when so many ways exist to stop that specific card... means its not what the focus should be on. putting the cart before the horse.
"modern" naming sense as I think of it is a pet peeve of mine as unimportant of a subject as it is... always gets a knee jerk reaction out of me.
@@CyanJimbo I am willing to debate the focus of extra deck monsters. Their are literally more ways to stop a summon from there than there is a norm set. I just see the forest of options so its easy to overlook the tree of choice. I find it hard to rely on the extra deck for anything really... terrible luck or timing might be the why; but it never works in my favor to rely on the extra deck; people stop what I need most of the time.
Now my set it and pass moves work better for me consistency wise because I give my opponent less options in my turn to stop me.
But again personal experience is why I argue the utility of the extra deck for being what search being a positive.
