greetings from Kuala Lumpur! we've been following you for quite a while now. we were at first fascinated with the dramatic style and content of Bald & Bankrupt and Harald Baldr but realised that you are the true traveller. consistent and down-to earth, your content speaks to the heart. keep it up Gabriel and hit us up if you're ever in Malaysia.
Hi Gabriel, An interesting trip in the mountains definitely reminds me of the Alps a ton of outdoor activities much to do and see. It's good to see things are finally opening up all around the world.
It looks like Kosovo is a spectacular place to hike through its mountains. They sound good your next possible destinations. Hace a nice week in London, Gabriel.
Kosovo, like most Balkan countries, looks lovely. I hope you choose India next. India removes all restrictions for international arrivals from March 27. Looking forward to your next adventure.
Loved your videos of Kosovo, a country I know so little of and have only ever heard about it in negative situations yet it looks stunning and the people you met so friendly. Hope you enjoyed or maybe still enjoying your time in London and the unseasonal warmth and sunshine we are currently experiencing.
Interesting following along on Google Maps. You were almost at the border with another small Balkan country, Montenegro, which sits in between Kosovo and Albania at that point. Love the old world charm of that part of the world.
It seems like you got a lot out of your time in Kosovo. That is also because you are so dedicated. It takes work and initiative to get the best out of travel.
Thanks Gabriel, A good opportunity to see this place (and many other interesting places in your videos).. I’ve never been to Kosovo, been listening about it for years on news in terms of politics etc, as I am originally from that region.

I also enjoyed how you recorded views out the bus windows as it was driven out of Pristina. We plan to get a job in Kosovo, so we used this to help make our decision. Thank you.

Bro thanks for the awesome videos uploaded for Kosovo and Albania..! I've recently been through them all and I got one thing that I just wanna say. In all of your videos you've never mentioned anything about Dardania or The ILLYRIANS who were the natives not only in Albania and Kosovo rather than the greater chunks of The Balkan region... In fact, they (the ILLYRIANS during the Greco-Roman era) lived before BC times in this region and the Serbians who are south slavs came in the 7th AD and became Christians just like their north slavs.. Last but not least , the Islam in Kosovo and Albania is so liberal and most of them are non-denominational, though the Bektashi Alevi (Sufi mystical Islam) have influenced their life, culture and customs to the level that you can call these Albanians Bektashi Sufi (Shia Twelvers and Sunni Sufi.. It's complicated)! Man, you missed visiting their Amazing Tekkes or Sufi Masjids in Kosovo and The headquarters of the Bektashis in albania!!!

Gabriel when you say going to London but do not have onward or return journey ticket. my question is can we enter a country without an onward / return ticket? I know the US does need an onward / return ticket to enter. wonder are there countries that allow without return/onward confirmed ticket?
It depends on your passport as well as the country you're traveling to. But I almost never need an onward flight. The last time was when I went to Costa Rica.

@@soul8938 my friend, how little you know. One of the basic pillars of the state in the Middle Ages was the church. Serbs created their church in 1219. Albanians never created their own church Just enough
there are no artificial Orthodox churches in the Middle Ages. The Serbian archbishopric received independence from the Ecumenical Patriarchate and the Byzantine emperor. All of today's churches in Kosovo were either newly built by the Serbs or rebuilt by the Serbs in the Middle Ages. Since Byzantium and its successors no longer exist, it is quite logical to whom that land belongs. Albanians have never expressed interest in their own church or any special form of state. You did not exist politically until 1912 and that is your main problem Come on, explain to me how to give a state to someone who never even wanted it until the 20th century. Even if I were the greatest benefactor, I couldn't do it because you simply don't have the foundation
@@komnina99 how little you know....the albanians were part of the Roman Empire when Christianity first entered Europe even before the split western and eastern Christianity... Albanians have been there for so long that there were no other christian churches... This trend started with slavic immigrants and invaders very evident to see on how many "orthodox churches" there are so many in fact that they made it an "exclusive club" now where the already existing "patriarchs" decide if a "new" church can be established...only under their control of course otherwise its a "rogue" church... Quiet evident on why the greek and slavonic "churches" so desperately tried to sabotage any creation of an orthodox albanian church.
The Peja Monastery or Manastiri Pejes was originally Albanian. The Serbians hijacked it in the 1900s after many Albanians adopted Islam to differentiate themselves from Serbian oppressors. Serbians use it today as a taken for their false claim of their Kosova origin. Kosova is Albanian. Always has been. Always will be. 🇦🇱🇽🇰🇦🇱🇽🇰🇦🇱
19:12 it was never a Serbian land, they occupied Kosovo.. Ottomans had Kosovo under their occupation for longer than serbs did, but they're not claiming that Kosovo is their land

Serbs created their church in 1219.
Albanians never created their own church
Just enough
there are no artificial Orthodox churches in the Middle Ages.
You did not exist politically until 1912 and that is your main problem
Come on, explain to me how to give a state to someone who never even wanted it until the 20th century.
Come to Kerala,india
19:12 it was never a Serbian land, they occupied Kosovo.. Ottomans had Kosovo under their occupation for longer than serbs did, but they're not claiming that Kosovo is their land
YOu want to say that Muslims are not invaders..that it was muslim land in europe ocupied by Christans
