Yes, u can give 2 different types of insulins, with two insulin pens (ensure that insulin and refill must be of same company), bus apko syringe ki jagah, insulin pen use karna hai. See my vedios on insulin pen

Yes, you are right, ideally insulin needles are for single use only, but in our country, for some patients, it is not possible to change needle every time, the cost of needle is around 10 to 12 rs, some patients take insulin 3 to 4 times daily, if we change needle every time, it significantly increases the cost of therapy, so practically if we take care of the needle properly, we can change it after 3 to 5 days

But if we have to throw the needle after everytime then for me it is affordable at all I use the injection for a week. How many times can we use the pen needle sir?

Aapko 40 units bola hoga, aap ek bar mai insulin pen se 40units le sakte hain, lekin agar aap ko jyada unit lagane se pain hota hai, to aap apne doctor ko bol kar 2 time kam unit ki insulin dose le sakte hain

No need to sterilize the needle, it is very fine needle, otherwise it will get blunt

Sir ...pen insulin storage ke liye needle ke sath fridge may rak sakthe hai ya nahi pls. Bhathayiye...augar dho teen bhar reuse Kar rahe hai tho.
No need to keep insulin pen or needles in the fridge, only keep insulin cartridges, which you are not using in the fridge

Most probably she is taking insulin Glargine, Increase insulin dose by 2 units every week, until it cms down to 120mg%, can increase dose upto 20units
