    I've found this video about a week ago and even if you're "runnig" in (with humility, I mean as you explain it in the video) and it's wonderful like all of your videos. It's a beautiful journey and looking for the wisdom, peace and humility is such a great thing in our life. I know I'm like a peace of dust compared to a jogi but in my world I aimed to know the universe through philosophy, literature and oriental religions.
    Thank You to make my days, doesn't matter if "runnig" or I can do 80 mins. Namaste!

    Really fun video!!! I love how you went through all the crucial poses so fluidly. Could you please do a video on how to bring your legs through your arms? I think that requires a ridiculous amount of ab muscle. Also if you could do another video that’s similar but doubles all the moves (so we can retry them) that’ll be great!

    Thank you so much Kino for yet another deep journey into the inner body. I started practicing the "advanced" series here on youtube as I was looking for advanced flexibility routines. I practice regularly with all your series on Cody, and deeply appreciate each and every single class, but I wish there you had more really advanced flexibility/stretching/backbends videos, like the yoga splits videos, but for the entire body... Maybe longer, more intense, targeted routines that really work out to stretch the muscles and open the joints? Just an idea... You are my guru of the heart, and so I will keep practicing with you no mater what, but please release more advanced flexibility classes! Thank you in advance! Namaste!

    Hey kino! Could you do a follow along shoulder stretching routine? I think that area is neglected by a lot of people as shoulder inflexibility is compensated for example by back flexibility in the bridge pose. Otherwise, do you have some favorite shoulder stretching poses?

    hi kino, I have just bought the liforme travel mat. unfortunately I'm not in love with it as i expected, maybe u could offer some advice? I have 3 main issues with it:
    1. while it's meant to be thin I don't find the material supportive at all, in fact it's painful for my knees and I've never experienced this with any other yoga mat before. I've tried this on top of another mat but it doesn't lie flat, it sort of 'ripples' on top.
    2. the alignment cues seem to be for taller people I suspect. I have been practising for a few years so flexibility isn't an issue, but using the alignment cues make me too far stretched, to the point of losing balance
    3. while the mat is very grippy as it should be, I find it hard to transition between yoga poses, getting 'stuck' rather than being able to move easily. also because of this I'm unable to get deeper in poses e.g. in king pigeon, I get stuck rather than being able to shift slightly to get more comfortable / deeper.
    please could you help as I've been looking forward to this mat for so long and now I'm just so disappointed. if I don't get to use it, because of the knee pain, it will just be a waste :(

      endurance, flexibility, body strength and conditioning, a kind of active meditation practice. the list goes on.

    This is really poorly done; no preparation or stretching. Plus, this got nothing to do with yoga. Kino's focus is on where your body is, and how far you can go; not where your breath and mind is.

    • @KinoYoga
      @KinoYoga  6 лет назад +2

      I'm so sorry that you feel like this is poorly done and has noting to do with yoga. I would beg to differ with you on what is yoga and what my focus is on. This is meant to be an advanced class. My intention and focus is on the inner journey. If you don't connect with my teaching style or what I'm about, please feel welcome not to watch. Or if you continue to leave feedback on my channel I'd appreciate it if you phrase your criticism in a constructive, more kind manner with suggestions for what you'd like to see..
