ChessDawg, i wanted to take the time to encourage you on your channel. By the way, another great video and tutorial once again. I have to say that I really believe that you may have the best chess channel out there and I'm a appreciative of it. Your videos are the perfect length. You get right to the point and cut out all the needless chatter. No filler just meat. The confidence that you exude while teaching demands respect. And obviously you have been gifted with the ability to teach. What can one say, but that you hit it out of the park in each consistently good video. Two thumbs up and I pray the Lord gives you the opportunity to make more insightful contributions to this platform. Jack from phoenix wishing you all the best.
More Petrosian games will be fantastic.I know the video before was a game from Petrosian, but i just couldnt have enough of him and you are the best who could analyze his games properly .
Thank you dawg for taking a deep dive into this one, without straying too far into the weeds; thank you sir for working out the variations and positional intricacies in the familiar pleasant, eloquent, yet clear and concise commentary-style; those 16 minutes flew by in part due to your compelling and engaging presentation, possibly some of your finest bits in cyberspace.
Greetings from Germany - I love how you get to the point soo fast und precise!! Just one thing I did not understand: Why played Capa in move Nr. 7 a3 and not directly b4 to defend his forward pawn on c5? Looks so obvious to me, but certainly I😁😅 miss something.
What a fantastic game and what fantastic analysis. I'm pretty sure I've seen the game before, but without Stockfiish, you'd never find some of those beautiful lines.
Sir, you are such an educated person as you pronounced Janowski _ja•novs•ki_ in its own language and not _ja•nous•ki_ as if it were English which is not. Thanks for this bonus lesson! I look forward to more accurate pronunciations as of Winawer, Tartakower, Euwe, &.
@chessdawg I'm just a novice so don't mind me. I'm just recently watching some chess videos. Your commentary is really good. I s9metines scratch my head but finally understand. Then quickly forget vs fritz and lose. I think the reason I don't always beat fritz on beginner level is because I don't know all of these openings and defenses. Plus i'm trying to play too fast And I just don't know the better moves I guess.

That is true
I couldn't agree more, you're Just right

Astonishing game! Thanks for the great coverage!
Oh my God, what a complicated game. This is indeed a gem of the chess history. Thanks for your great analysis.
whenever I watch Capablanca play chess, he makes it look so simple that I feel like I could be a GM... And then I look at my games
Thanks!
Thank you so much for your support.
Just yesterday I asked for Capablanca! Thank you
Great video, thanks! Capa was pure genius
BRAVO !
I have enjoyed, but I have to see it five times to understand perhaps a little bit this game.
Congratulations with making this video.
Amazing commentary, thank you.
Quality timepass with lot of learning, thanks.
This game made my head spin. Thanks John

EXCELLENT GAME, PLAYING BY THIS CUBAN GENIUS. 👏👍.
I love the ending -- forcing a queen trade, that directly leads to white getting another queen
That damn “pawn”
I love the way you analyze the game. Janowski missed his win.
great video!
Capablanca's games are awesome!

Great game
Great game !

Janowski is very much a Polish last name, mine is even worse - Jastrzebski 😂😂
Can’t blame Janowski for missing g5… blocking his escape square. Too computer like. Wild game! Great effort by both players, top in there time.
However you are definitely doing a great job of going in depth
Gotta feel for Janowski
I wish people would just cover the game first as is without their input and then be a Monday morning GM.
Good
I would like to see Paul Morphy games with your great analysis. Thank you
The Houdini of Chess!
You are wrong on the g5 move, for you would then have Qxa3+which leads to a queen trade. Would that not be winning for white??? 🤔
outplayed... well, the winner is the one who ultimately outplayed the other. I think Janowski missed some good moves as you pointed out.
I certainly can't argue with that, lol.

@@TruthSurgegot to play against real people. It’s a totally different experience
Looks like a young Dustin Hoffman
Those players are scary !
Do more of petrosian
There will be more coming, no doubt.
Is there a check coming?
Who was that said? You don't win a game by resigning.
Commercials are coming less than every minute. YT has gone insane.
Beauty.
Ha, ha - did you just call Capablanca "Capa" in the beginning of this video.
g6????.. the devil is in the detail
Very similar to Hikaru or Nepo defending. They all seem to find the right move at the right time
Thanks!
Thank you very much for your kindness!
