Seatbelt not retracting? Free Up Stuck Seatbelts

The drivers side belt would not retract on my Fn2 Honda Civic Type R and the Passenger one was no better. sick of the belts getting trapped in the door or even worse the buckle catching in the shut, something had to be done. I was hoping it was not the whole reel that needed changing so tried this. Great what a bit of cleaning and lube can do ;)
