After a firmware update, my scooter stopped charging. It took me days to realize it might have caused the trouble. Anyway, the 2nd method solved the problem. Thanks for the video.

No, it did not in my case. For some reason my serial number kept changing every week, not sure if I was hacked or something. I changed the serial myself with an windows software while being connected to bluetooth (from PC to Scooter), and changed the serial number manually - problem solved. @@dedmonhomerepairfencing875

Hello I started to mess around with my controller because I want to instal a relay. Long story shor I think I messed it up. I made a stupid mistake trying to check the display voltage with a multimeter. Anyways the display port sparked from the multimeters. After I plugged everything back my display won’t turn on . @@ScootLetsGo tried both methods. this bad scooter. out of box, charger a few percent and randomly charging and stop charging. no support from wellbots.com and segway support form doesn't work. that's why i tried to reset and hope it fix the problem, but it doesn't seem to reset. mph didn't change back to kmp. Bluetooth still connected, so it means not reset?

If you have flashed your his will not work. You will have to flash back to default.

If your on Samsung you can download xiaoflasher and that will be able to update your speed.

The original owner is the only one that can unbind the scooter. The only other option would be to probably change the controller

This is the reset for the Ninebot Max, I'm not sure what it would be for your particular scooter. Do you still have the manual?

that's why i tried to reset and hope it fix the problem, but it doesn't seem to reset. mph didn't change back to kmp. Bluetooth still connected, so it means not reset?
Danny Xie it’s possible the control board might be damaged. I would try claim through warranty. Or buy a cheap control board and fit yourself.
Is it going to reset the total mileage as well?
