1995 and hasn't had a problem since, why would anybody give a shit? If you shoplifted or had the theft of a $100 coffee maker from work in 1995 pinned on you, would you want that to still follow you? Be careful what you wish for. Maybe it was expunged from her record because the cop made it all up, his buddy got pissed at him, and spilled the beans to the department, which got him jammed up and her reinstated. I don't look at this as she had the great big problem in 1995, I look at it as her record has been clean in the last 27 years.

If they kkk members they do whatever. A long time ago around 1995 Latinos had a revolution against law enforcement crime organization. A young latino baseball player got executed by a group of officers for helping two girls running away from human trafficking. After that the people came out with guns to the streets and protest. Of course nothing was published in news because they all corrupted. Human trafficking in tampa by mayor, retired police chief and kkk police officers. They all criminals they been doing whatever here.

Most civilians couldn't do half the work most police do. Most civilians break the law, too. Not saying it's right, but I should think it's obvious police forces are only as good as the people they hire. When very few good people are willing to put their lives on the line, work the long hours, endure the high stress, and live up to the high standards expected of police, for dirt pay (before forced overtime) and no appreciation, tell me who you think the PDs are going to hire?
When the pickings are slim, what's the solution? No police? Every man for himself? Dog eat dog?

They did NOT have an exhaustive job search when the mayor stepped down as Chief of Police and became mayor. The Chief of Police works at the "leisure of the City," and Tampa has a strong mayoral position, unlike a lot of places where the mayor follows orders from the City Clerk or the City Council. Tampa has always been very corrupt ever since it began. Big Mafia presence still to this day. Lots of Italians.

      1. 1:36 The arrest record was expunged in 2011; that's hardly "suddenly".
I haven't done the research to dig into the details of this case and learn just how serious that "punch" was, but I'm certain the deputy was wearing a bullet proof vest and that the punch was inconsequential, especially given that it was thrown by a female. Your head would spin if you knew how many people punch law enforcement officers in the chest, are charged with assault, and later get those charges dropped. It's a different story when the officer is injured. This doesn't appear to be a case where the deputy was injured.
      2. She is not a felon: she was never tried or convicted. She was, however, fired from the force (likely for grossly unprofessional behavior), and a year later reinstated and put on probation. The judge expunged the record in 2011 because she had no prior criminal history.
When you take into account that she's had no incidents after that event, I don't see what the problem is. You seem to be making mountains oir of molehills.

Yeah, let's talk about facts. How about the fact that there are nearly no known facts about this 1995 incident? For all we know the arresting officer knew her and didn't like her, made it all up, and it took some time to discover that. It could be that she was reinstated because she didn't do it and was able to prove it on appeal. What a concept! People aren't guilty just because they're accused. I care more that her record is clean in the last 27 years, which actually lends credence to her innocence. With all the cops that keep repeatedly getting in trouble with lying on reports, lying in court, and police brutality, I don't give two shits about an incident in 1995 that may or may not have happened. I don’t agree with how this police Chief handled herself in the golf kart incident but this isn’t journalism. It’s just a warrantless hit job. We’re talking 27 years ago…shame.

People should know her past as it relates to law enforcement interactions, and it looks like she still thinks she's above the law. Any local news would have reported this from any city, there's nothing out of the ordinary about WFLA reporting this (I'm far from this area, and I see it as a pretty basic news item)

IN TIMES OF UNREST , WHO DO WE TURN TO? There is only one God, God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. One God, three parts. Humans have a soul, spirit and body. One person, three parts.
The Bible says that we are all sinners.
As it is written: There is none righteous no not one. Romans 3:10
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
But we are all as an unclean thing and all our righteousness are as filthy rags. Isaiah 64:6
For the wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23(the word “death” in this verse means eternal separation, from God in hell).
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.Isaiah 1:18
Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and that He was buried and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures.1CORINTHIANS 15:3-8
In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:14
Jesus said unto her,I am the resurrection and the life: He that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. John 11:25
For by grace ye are saved, through faith; and not of yourselves
it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Galatians 2:21
If you would like to receive Jesus as your Savior. Realize that you are a hopeless sinner and tell Jesus that you trust in Him and only Him to save you.
The moment you trust in Jesus and only Jesus, you are saved.
After people get saved, they get baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
It isn’t a requirement for salvation, but it is something that God wants us to do after we are saved.
