Everybody is going on about the chair, but I can't get over how dropping a trampoline on a trampoline is the perfect video game speedrun bullshit.

god i love the speedrunning community. when we figure out the actual laws of physics theyll be the first to bork them
tutorials gonna be like:
you need a bed, a tree, and a spinning blade. drop the tree here. now drop the blade so it bounces off the tree and comes back. when it hits you, you have a 2 frame window to drop the bed here and it will push you through the wall letting you skip dungeons 4 and 5...

There's actually a legit good game where you arise chickens. Undead Horde. Its on xbox, but I'm sure its on pc, too. Maybe mobile, even. Necromancer rpg. Top down hack n slash. But you're a necromancer, and you can rez literally everything you kill, even bosses. But you start with the humble chickens.
Yo the small movements look so clean! Barely any artifacting or glitching. Damn son!
One day we'll see high speed movement look like that too... one day.
After finishing Echoes of Wisdom I can confirm that this is pretty accurate.
I got into thinking, this is a smart move by Nintendo, this game exists to finally make Link talk in game with a voice in preparation for the upcoming zelda movie... smart move Nintendo...

I feel like the speedrun is gonna just be putting a awkward shaped piece of furniture on top of Zelda while she is pressed against the wall. And she can just clip into the final fight room or drop into said room.

Actually iirc Wand of Gamelon and Zelda's Adventure were two different games featuring Zelda as the protagonist.
After that chair shot, Link should have delivered a Five Star Frog Splash.
I knew she was gonna hit em with the chair but Link shouting that still made me burst out laughing.
I think it would be really appropriate if Link's first canonical words in 40 years is telling Zelda to hit Aghanim in the head with a medieval shipping container.

This sums up my excitement for the game. I’m also curious about how certain echo-only runs will go!
I love how this got the speedrun route more right than the story.
And also slightly overestimated the number of echoes Zelda would be learning...
It's all fun and games until Zelda by accident wakes up in DS1 Asylum😅
She then proceeds to cheese the Asylum Demon by using the angry Cuccos exploit; actually, Zelda uses this exploit on all the bosses, including poor old burnt out Gwyn.
...
The exploit doesn't work on Gael from Dark Souls 3 for whatever reason.
The only thing it missed was zelda spinning like the Tasmanian Devil

It’s funny how this video assumes that everything revolves around reviving Ganon. Granted, he does have a habit of coming back for the final boss fight regardless of there being a different baddy, but we don’t know if it’ll be him. :P
Five seconds after the game is released someone will discover that if you put a box on top of a rock in some weird spot will send zelda flying into ganons room killing him in the process and finishing the game in 1.3 minutes. After 10 years of grinding speedrunners will manage to take down that time to 1.2 minutes.
