My friend sent me this saying that he "thought I would like it." He was not wrong. I can confirm that this show is the only show I ever reached the end of, only to proceed to just start bawling for a good hour because I had the realization that there was no more of it left to watch. I was absolutely broken over the fact that there was no more of it, cuz this show just means so much to me. Easily my favorite show of all time, probably my favorite piece of media, as well (alongside Final Fantasy 14).
The +26 episode run was them showing faith that the production wasn't going to fail on them it had nothing toi do with the story. That was seasons produced after Ocean Gem.
I'm still hoping Grumpyface does another Light game ... I mean, they recently said they'd be thrilled to do another one if given the chance. And with Rebecca Sugar willing to do another show if enough people wants it ... y'know ... A link can be done here
