  • Niggles and twinges are common when we are recovering from an injury or have pain from different conditions.
    If you feel some moderate pain with your movement, the first thing you can do is decrease your range of motion that you are working in. For example, if you feel knee pain when doing a full squat, try only going down halfway, or performing a sit to stand with a chair.
