Nice old Longbody build, Al....clever and neat extension to the roof... Love those "long-tail" ambulance loadbins...
Same as our old Sabres... 😪😪
    Wow, your mom !!!
    What a woman....
Good old days, long and dusty roads with good friends, "cheap fuel" and youth...
    Good memories...

Looking at your video again, I've changed my mind 🤔😎
Why stuffing up the original looks of the Series 2a, and fit S3 fenders and what not 😔
Mine was a stock standard extra long load bin, named LongBrown, with a 2,6 lt LR engine in it.. I've sold it about a year and a bit ago, 2021. Seen it for sale now again, only with a cover up spray job and new tyres, for sale at R550k... Mmmm

Yes this was an epic vehicle, I believe it is still in use by the new owner who bought it from me. Lucky him 😢

At to see how much hard work it takes to get these done, very impressive list of odd components to get it done. Congratulations to past you!

Thank you. Yes these modified vehicles are a huge amount of extra work. I really do prefer stock standard and complete vehicles they are much more manageable

A great story and a beautiful Landy. Do you still have it in the shed or did it move on down the road? Great content.
    Love your channel!👌

Unfortunately this one moved on many years ago to make space for another. Thanks for all your support 🙏
