When I wrote my first soap report in EMT, it was about a woman who was dead on arrival.
Alex pulled me aside after class to make sure that I was okay. He told me if I ever saw anything that made me uncomfortable to come talk to him. He told me to protect my mental. He was like that from my first day of emt until my last day of medics. I saw him a few years later and told him I was accepted into medical school, he had the proudest smile on his face. I thanked him and told him that I still use everything he taught me. RIP Alex, no more pain.
Hopefully they take ptsd for medical professionals more seriously in your honor.

I hate that I missed your funeral. One of the greatest guys ever. One of thee best instructors. Very knowledgeable and intelligent. Always eager to help and just overall warm individual. Thank you for my letter of recommendation, for always being so kind to myself and my son whenever we ran into you on campus. I’ve always spoken so highly of you and I will continue to do so 💔🙏🏽 My condolences and prayers for your loved ones. May you forever rest in peace 💙🙏🏽
