If the reason Trump is not being charged is because he's currently president, something about that should be changed.
Either it should be possible to charge a president with a crime if there is sufficient reason to think they have committed one (or many), or, when the situation indicates sufficient evidence for the possibility of such misconduct, that president should be put into a not presidential position that allows being accused of a crime, at least until the trial ends.
A president should not be able to break the law without consequences just because they are president.
I think Nixon said something similar to that (approximately: 'when the president does it it's not a crime') and it was not thought to be true. If a crime is committed, it is still a crime, regardless who does it.

Constitution of United States of America 1789 (rev. 1992) Article 2
Has 4 sections and not one of them give the President the power to do whatever he/she wants, like a Dictator. Congress has the power of checks are balances when it comes to the President. Plus it also states in section 4 that the President can be impeached by Congress for crimes committed.

#2 2nd amendment refers to local and/or State militia's not private gun ownership. Those militia's being used to challenge the federal government for abuse of power. Also by law the government cannot prevent individuals in these militia's from arming themselves. Constitution never ever addresses private gun ownership by a homeowner. This is a lie made up by the NRA to make more money off gun sales. Its just a money grab by them.

We need to pass some laws to pause the statutes of limitation so he can't use being in office as a time-waster to get off on all these charges. Statute of limitation should be an out if prosecutors failed to take legal action, not if they were prevented from taking it while they totally intended/wanted to.

Mueller was just stating the OLC policy where a sitting President cannot be changed while in office but could be charged when they leave office . He didn’t say Trump Should be charged with a crime
