Jason Voorhees vs Michael Myers (2015) Short Horror Movie Fan Film Directed by Trent Duncan. The epic battle of horror icons finally comes to life as Jason Voorhees from Friday the 13th franchise and Michael Myers from the Halloween franchise, face off in this adrenaline filled horror fan film that combines campy tributes to the original classics, while showcasing new age cinema.

People have considered it, I believe; however, there wouldn't be much dialogue since they are both mute. With Freddy V Jason, Freddy can at least talk during the movie. Michael would just, well, breath heavily.

@@itsinugami Personally, I think that would be better. With Freddy vs. Jason, Freddy was spitting out one-liners while Jason just stood there, followed by them fighting each other. With Michael vs. Jason however, there would be less dialogue and more action. Punching, kicking, choking, stabbing, slashing.

Everyone seems to be forgetting is that Michael is a psychopath. Jason is not, he's just evil. Psychopaths are driven by pure power and are unable to love or feel anything. Jason was deformed as a child and but mother conditioned him to hate humans because humans treated Jason bad and bullied him as a kid... threw him into the Crystal lake. He will always love and obey his mother. Michael loves nothing and even killed his family.. tried to kill his sister too when he realised she hated him and feared him. Jason has unnatural strength caused by genetics which is greater than Michaels incredible but natural human strength. Michael however IS SMARTER and a lot more creative and adaptive than Jason. Although Jason cannot die and Michael "technically" can... despite his endurance, Michael's superior intelligence will always keep him one step ahead.

Michael is the embodiment of evil...he is The Shape. The boy Michael Myers died the day he killed his sister and The Shape took over him. He is pretty much as much the embodiment of evil as Jason is

Actually Michael and Jason are equal in terms of being mentally disturbed by childhood traumas. Jason saw his mother get beheaded, and was left to drown by the children at his camp, so he vowed to kill anyone who came to his "turf" and get revenge on his mother. Michael may have been neglected as a child and eventually walked in on his sister doing some things that would seem disturbing to a child. They've said sex was a "trigger" of Michael's killing behavior so anyone he saw doing such things was instantly on his kill list. I think this is also a trigger for Jason, but it's not really stated as being such. Michael started out only hunting down his family, anyone else who got in the way was unfortunately added to the pile. However both deep down just really enjoy killing people which is why they do it. Jason is supernatural with super strength and immortality, but he does feel pain when injured. Michael I'm not sure has ever shown any reaction to receiving gunshots or anything else other than falling off a balcony or checking out the wound briefly before going back to his target. Compared to Jason, Michael is smarter, quicker, and knows how to work a vehicle which would give him a significant advantage. Oh and also, Michael is immortal due to the cult stuff he was involved in to make him evil in the first place. Michael would win purely because he's just more intelligent and can do things Jason can't. However it would more than likely end in a near-draw since they're both similar physically.

I’m pretty sure the first Friday the 13th was inspired 100% by Psycho not Halloween. The plot is almost the same just in a different setting. A mother having the voice of her lost son in Friday and a son having the voice of his lost mother in Psycho. Even the damn soundtrack has the same screeching orchestra. Michael Myers may have had an influence later on down the line but you cannot tell me Halloween is responsible for a decayed and deformed Jason Voorhees jumping out of Crystal Lake at the end of the first film which was a setup for another movie if the first was a hit.
Michael Myers is inevitable. Jason Voorhees isn't.

Kyle Hillier I agree man. And let's not forget that Jason is a much more creative killer than Myers. Michael has like maybe 4 or 5 different ways of killing people, and Jason will use anything and everything to kill, including RANGED weapons. (Harpoon, knife throw with precision accuracy, and a double handed axe throw at about 100 yards for a kill). And watching both series, I see NO evidence that Michael is stronger. Jason has shown much higher feats of strength and resilience. Sure, Michael doesn't seem to die, but he hasn't taken half the punishment that Jason has lived through.

Again, I reference the hardest part of the human body being pushed through Blunt objects which takes a lot of strength.
They are still, for all intents and purposes, nearly identical in strength. Michael is a lot stronger than the regulars that take Jason out in each of his movies. Michael doesn't die at the end of his movies, whereas Jason is regularly killed.
Jason "dies", but always comes back in the sequel, so that's not really dying. Besides strength, Jason has shown better durability feats. He tanks gunshots, immolation, stabbings, and blunt force. Michael on the other hand, was sent into a coma twice when he was immolated at the end of the second film, and again at the end of the fourth film via gunfire. He also got whacked by a fire poker twice in two separate films by women, which has stunned him and/or knocked him out, lol. The only way Jason can die is by the hands of a blood family member, and with the use of a specific dagger. Michael has managed to elude death, barely.
Impressive filming. The costumes were very accurate. I have to say, a damn good fan film. Although the explosion was pretty dull
I really miss Halloween already. On 10/30/17 a Michael Myers vs Jason movie will hit theaters and it will probably suck. Why cant john carpenter create "Michael vs Jason" already.. Maybe after Halloween 2 Laurie goes to camp crystal lake to get away from the world for a few weeks at the remote NJ location to be a camp counselor. Then Michael Myers tracks her down as always, and he saves Laurie from Jason. The MM kills Jason and we find that MM wasn't protecting her but felt entitled to kill Laurie and so he had to stop Jason from doing it. IDK just something not cheesy, horror movies suck now a days and Im such a horror buff. I miss Halloween.

That girl was talking big trash until Michael and Jason decided to have a little fun with all of them before the fight. Once the slashing fiesta was over, it was time to get back to business. Alexandru Goga Michael is immortal. It was explained in Halloween 6. The only reason they did that with resurrection with the head thing and it being a paramedic is because they didn't want to take over the top unrealisticness like this movie did. Jason movies just got way to ridiculous with that kind of stuff which is why it's better to stay a mystery. Personally I like the idea of Myers only having the 2 movies and being mortal. But Myers has healing abilities. Better than Jason I might add because remember that Myers was completely burned alive all over and eventually Myers scars healed as if he was never burnt. Not only that in Halloween 2 he was shot in both the eyes. That's two headshots and he still didn't die and of course his eyes regenerated eventually. Really and truly Myers and Jason are both the same. Whoever wins depends on the opinionater I reckon.
