thanks for the great tutorial sir i have seen many molders that only use traditional ways in mold design they use charts for feed system calculations and processing parameters so in your opinion does moldflow dramatically save energy and money by finding the optimum processing conditions or it is just minimal change ? thanks

So, whatever changes that you wish to make to Mold or process can be validated using Moldflow simulation. Moldflow does have analysis like "Molding Window" can suggest the starting parameters for component based on material and gate location / locations
