I will try this and give you feed back.Looks like you have used the existing circuit and added baffle with in that. Mostly Baffle / bubbler will be on seperate circute , will create and try send another comment later ( IF Everything works as you taught)

hello Mr.Sachin the intermediate cooling results doesn't work ... i tried to increase it multiple times but it only shows the same number every time ....tried to set it to write at specified periods but failed also ... do you have any solution for that ?

Thank you for this tutorial. I tried by myself and your video confirm the need to import the study into moldflow to have the results. I tried to copy the study from moldflow to a folder then calculate with command prompt and copy the results back into the moldflow folder BUT it chrashes moldflow. I m searching for a solution to copy the result into the original moldflow folder

This is a great idea to get the void. 22% is lowest number which can predict void, it means when we use this number for evaluation that there is no the void, we can rest assured that there will not be any the void for real model. Do I understand correctly? (However, we use 64% for evaluation that is reasonable). Where do you base on to use 22% or 64%? Is it from experimental test or your experience? Thank you!

Hallo Mr. Fulsundar, I have been using Moldflow for my thermoset injection molding simulations. Besides, I also use CFD tool OpenFOAM (FVM based) for the mold filling simulations. Interestingly, I see large difference in the simulated results from Moldflow compared to the Openfoam for same boundary conditions and material data. The difference arises in the numerical computation of the velocity gradient/shear rate. I know, that both software use different numerical methods. However, I am interested to know the differences comprehensively. Is there a way that I could get access to the documentation of Moldflow, where they explicitly mention about the underlying solving methods?

Can you suggest how to fill real parameter injection machine to moldflow software as Ram Speed vs Ram Position?

I have downloaded crack version of Autodesk Moldflow Insight 2023. So while doing analysis when I click on launch Simulation Compute Manager, It is showing me that 'I dont have valid licence to perform analysis'. So I found this video where I can turn of My enternet and do the analysis through this Command prompt. Will It work sir ? Or Is there any other method which I can use
