Hallo Mr. Fulsundar, I have been using Moldflow for my thermoset injection molding simulations. Besides, I also use CFD tool OpenFOAM (FVM based) for the mold filling simulations. Interestingly, I see large difference in the simulated results from Moldflow compared to the Openfoam for same boundary conditions and material data. The difference arises in the numerical computation of the velocity gradient/shear rate. I know, that both software use different numerical methods. However, I am interested to know the differences comprehensively. Is there a way that I could get access to the documentation of Moldflow, where they explicitly mention about the underlying solving methods?
Thank you for share this video

Hello, I would recommend you refer to Autodesk Moldflow help in the solver section to get more details - help.autodesk.com/view/MFIA/2023/ENU/
Can you suggest how to fill real parameter injection machine to moldflow software as Ram Speed vs Ram Position?
Thanks for the suggestion, I will work on it. :)
