Does just regular pipe installation prevent PVC from freezing? It's under a manufactured home.
Can I wrap all the copper gas lines in tape ? I have a mobile home. Insulating the bottom part of the mobile home.

After putting tin foil wrap on pipe can I then put the foam insulation over it ?
I can’t think of any reason not to. You’re simply adding more insulation, always a good thing.
No, it causes a chemical reaction that attracts rats, take it from me, I now have 50000 rats and 50000 welcome mats (they came with the rats)
They is some awful job. On 90 degree bends you should cut the insulation.
