As a piece of advice, sometimes you download the data and it automatically becomes an excel file. what I did was to copy the text that was in excel, pasted it in a notepad file, and from there I followed your steps. It worked significantly good, Thanks!

WHY DO THEY USE COMMAS TO SEPARATE WORDS IN CSV.
COMMAS ARE TOO COMMON A CHARACTER.
THEY SHOULD USE A LESS COMMON CHARACTER LIKE :
.CSV stands for Comma Separated Value. It's an older format that is used to organize data where the comma character wouldn't be a common occurrence at all.
