    I uses these for the last 2 weeks,after Bose replaced my QC1 with the QC2,cause my QC 1 had a issue with the charging Case. I am really satisfied,the ANC is by far the best you can get right now,and this also includes over ear Headphones aswell. The sound quality is also very nice and balanced,even the sound is a little bit bass heavy and not so analytical like the Momentum 3. But i have to give props to Bose for sending me a new Model to Germany where i live without any discussion,after my previous Model had this issue with the charging Case.
    So the customer Service and also the products are justifying the price tag.

      @@joshuabaggio1982 They should, having us deal with their clunky software. I love Bose products. Their build quality, sound and ANC can’t be rivaled. But they have got to get these software bugs ironed out. It’s such a headache using these on my iPhone. I have the sound sport Bluetooth with the wired connection between the buds. They like 4 years old and they work like a charm.

    • @joshuabaggio1982
      @joshuabaggio1982 Год назад

      @Steve Protoss now I've seen that these bose do have bug issues. They don't connect 100 percent of the time and sometimes when they do they both won't connect or the sound isn't high quality because of the disconnection at times. Have you experienced this?

    • @EyeForKnowledge.
      @EyeForKnowledge. Год назад

      @@joshuabaggio1982 Yes. All of it. Sometimes they’ll get stuck in ANC or transparency. You hold the button to change it, voice says it’s changed but it doesn’t change. Having to put them back in the case and take them out numerous times to get them to work. It’s kind of crappy for what you pay. But the sound, comfort and ANC (when it works) is unchallenged. So I’m going to try to live with them. If it becomes too big of an issue, I’ll send them back and try the AirPods 2.

  • @AdamWarIock

    Good earbuds I had the first edition and they were good. However, not having a multipoint connection, independent left earbud usage and the case doesn't have the ability to tell you how many charges you have left which is what prevents them from being great but being able to perform all control features on both buds is certainly an upgrade. Hopefully they update the firmware and fix the multipoint and independent use

    • @_multiverse_
      @_multiverse_ 2 года назад

      Can't be fixed, the Bluetooth receiver is in the right earbud. You can use just the left but the right either has to be out of the case or in the case with the lid open.

I was confused about how to do this, but I read another thread, and they told me to place the ear buds back in the charging case and then take which ever one you would like to use. Stick it in the ear and connect it like normal. Left and right can be used without one another. Hope this helps.

    • @EyeForKnowledge.

      You can use the bids independent of each other. The right bud has to be in the case before you can use the left one. But the left one does not. Something with the receiver being on the right. It’s so ridiculous. And cheap. I have 5 year old earbuds that I can use independently.

    I have these, they're pretty awesome.. but what probably is the deal breaker for me is how you can't use the left earbud by itself, to switch off between right and left earbuds. I'm going to try them out for their 90 day free trial, but for $300 they did leave out too much. I don't know how to fee about this yet.. but, great anc!!!! awesome sound!

    Top quality noise cancellation and the sound. Using for 4 months . The only big issue is the charger case. I just dropped once and the top door is broken. There are lot of users reported same. It is a low quality plastic and cannot be glued. If you are not using silicon case , be aware that it will break for sure. Warranty replacement is not covered for that and new charger case is 99$. Active sense is also new and a good feature. You can hear but you are protected. For me the biggest improvement is the warmer sound. Wireless case charging wasn't a deal breaker for me. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) is. Wireless charging for a case that holds a 24 charge and it takes, what, 3 seconds to pop a USB C cable into it? Isn't a big deal people! Some people are just idiotic when it comes to thinking that without wireless charging their world will fall apart. Hence, the reason why ANC is critical to me. So, I can block these idiots out!

  • @hs0022
    @hs0022 Год назад +1

    I returned them after trying it a few times with my phone. The ANC is good but the sound was disappointing.
    I expected a distinct oomph that was completely lacking as compared to my refurbished Jabra 75t. Bass was not there and sound quality was about as good as the Jabras or slightly better, but not good enough to warrant three times the price.
    The case felt very un-Bose like and flimsy and actually shocked me how cheap it felt when you clicked it shut like a cheap interior of a new car that is not a Honda or a Toyota and looks great on the exterior.
    I can get three more Jabras at the same price and have earbuds that don’t look or feel cheap in the palm of your hand or in the ears!
    I use and like my Bose mini soundlink and soundbar for my tv and have a healthy respect for Bose which is why I ordered the earbuds in the first place.

  • @allnighter2011
    @allnighter2011 Год назад

    my guess is that they removed the wireless charging as part of making the earbuds and case smaller. Obviously others are able to go small and still keep the wireless charging, but they probably made other tradeoffs that Bose can't make, i.e. on ANC or other quality features.

    Picked these up today. Not real impressed. The ANC is slightly better than AirPod Pro gen 1. Transparency mode is awful with no ability to adjust. Sounds like you’re wearing a pair of old school sound isolation earbuds. The fit is fantastic. They don’t move around at all my AirPods do. The EQ is pretty much a gimmick. It only sounds good at one level to me. And that’s 10. As soon as you move any the sliders down, things begin getting muffled and sounding awful. To top it off, the software is just junky. And clunky. The app is pretty much useless. You can’t adjust transparency and the “custom” modes? Another gimmick. It just allows you to turn down ANC and save that as a mode. The ANC isn’t that good to where you really need to adjust it. For me it’s either ANC on or transparency. Either I want to hear what’s going on around me or I don’t. So I don’t understand the custom modes. I can live without wireless charging even though it’s literally a smack in the face at this price point. The only reason I got these was because my AirPods Pro software and Bluetooth connectivity were doing exactly what these are. Intermittently not connecting. Or dropping the connection. And other numerous bugs. I have a $30 pair of earbuds from 5 years ago that connect better than these. They probably going back and I’m gonna try the AirPods 2 and pray the software bugs are worked out. I use an iPhone 12 mini, iPad and have an Apple watch. So I’m on Apples territory. I just hated AirPods Pro 1 software.

    These are an improvement over the 1st gen buds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxK5mc3yw4xA7Mf2j6k6n1Uqv_KUgrKdeM Pros: The fit is fantastic. This is the biggest plus. They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

      I know that's a bummer. But shouldn't be a deal breaker. Do you have a fast wireless charger? How fast is it? These fully charge in 2.5 hours. If you charge these for 20 min you can listen to 2 hours of playtime.

    very generic review sorry. Also, every complaint about this headphone is about its lack of wireless charging, and lack of independant ear bud usage. If these are the deal breakers for people, I think we have ourselves the new king of earbuds. I have them, and Ive used all the competitors, these are hands down the best in ANC, sound qaulity, and fit. 10/10 would recommend.

      Yes! German Magazine testet 3 categories of noise cancelling between Bose and Sony and the Bose won two of them. Sony have much better passiv NC but not high class ANC. For passiv NC you can use earplugs. Sony has a good sound but Bose has now a good sound too. I have no Sony but i think the Bose is better.
