Not in the air! What goes up must come down. Several years ago my neighbor fired a 300 win mag round into the air celebrating his retirement from the Navy and the next morning the neighbor on his other side found the round right next to the car he was working on when the shot was fired.
There's no such thing as a warning shot. You either are justified in shooting someone due to fear for one's life or to protect another's life, or not. How was a "warning shot" going to prevent someone from coming to your house in the future.?? Why not call the police and drive to a populated area instead of your home.
1. You don’t go straight home when someone is trailing you; because you might as well text them your address and phone number to where you live. 2. You don’t brake-check anyone unless you want to test their patience; you simply don’t want to test a nutcase-with-nothing-to-lose’s patience or will power. 3. Unless you’re threatened with physical violence, your displaying a firearm first means you lose in the battle of self-defense. And going off of what this clip details (I know, probably not very informative and doesn’t tell the entire story - but just enough for the viewers to get the picture), the other road rager didn’t brandish anything threatening other than losing patience with this guy.
Warning shots are usually shot away from an individual, not at the individual, so it could be argued that is an inaccurate statement from someone who made a premeditated decision to due harm. If the person had come at him he would have an open and shut case but since he acted first likely he will be charged and convicted.

Some enraged guy followed him home and was on his property? He shot his legal gun protecting himself and his family.
Case closed.
The streets aren't his property! The suspected culprit could of just been heading the same direction!
@@carlavotor9395 Did you watch the same video? Maybe I’m misunderstanding… he was inside his home and the enraged guy was outside his door? I may have got that incorrect.
Sounds like murder
Sounds like you're a virgin
Shooting warning shots and hitting your target vehicle is not what a warning shot is. He definitely should be behind bars. Being calm after the fact means absolutely nothing.
Uh...yea it is??
A warning shot is a shot in your direction that didnt hit you.
@@thatoneguyffswho cares. Dude followed him home! Tf
Don’t follow people home
@@kpb3721 why you mad at me I'm just giving the op the definition of a warning shot maybe read his comment first?
What the hell is that reporter wearing, where is her other sock? A dress with one sock and tennis shoes, that's the bigger story!!
😂😂
Lmao! It is bc she injured her leg and needs to wear soft cast to help it heal
Lol...so funny that she chose a bright pink printed cast knowing that she will have to pair it with a more professional attire and the double strand of bead / pearl necklace to boot... No F's given on her part 😂.
How was a "warning shot" going to prevent someone from coming to your house in the future.??
Why not call the police and drive to a populated area instead of your home.
Never drive home, drive to a police department.
Why follow someone to their home.
Why not? It’s a free country and you can drive anywhere on public roads
To do harm. Its self-defense.
Lack of emotional self-control. Immaturity.
He could be fact gathering to file a complaint.
The dude who followed him inarguably was intending to escalate the situation and no doubt planned on committing violence against the guy here.
You literally just argued against your own point in the very first statement you made. "Warning shots are USUALLY shot away from an individual." That's not a requirement, nor does it even make sense. So you just gave reasonable doubt right there.
Warning shots are for battleships, not personal encounters.
@@Ben-iz9udadmitting you fired a "warning shot" indicates you didn't fear for your life.
@@HarryDirtay That part!
Warning shots aren’t legal in any situation
Why did the person follow him home
When it’s illegal to defend your own life. Wow. What a world.
Always know where your bullets are gonna go, you messed up on that one man....
He didn't mean to do it? Well, you did. You made a mountain out of a mole hill.
Well the other person shouldn't have followed him at all
A warning shot is up in the air or in the ground not at the vehicle or the person.
There is no such thing as a warning shot. Easy way to go to jail for something stupid like shooting in the air randomly.
@@salroth420actually there is such thing as a warning shot. What you've commented makes absolutely zero sense
@@armenianmuggerfromgta2041 if you shoot a warning shot at someone you are most likely going to be in trouble for illegally shooting a gun within city limits
@salroth420 but that's not what you said. You said there's no such thing as a warning shot. You are wrong. The domino effect happened in the comments, and you wanted to be a part of it. All is forgiven.
@@armenianmuggerfromgta2041
There isnt such thing as a warning shot.
It just called discharging your firearm illegally.
If he's trying to get away, why did he come out of the house with a gun? Calling the police would have been the better choice.
The pink socks though…
I don’t blame him. Why was he followed home?
Why did that man follow him to his residence? That is threatening in itself. I think the warning shots let the man know the guy wasn’t going to put up with his rage. Both lost.
He’s full of it. No reason to do what he did unless the other person was also brandishing.
Drive to the police station. Don’t drive home, duh!
So don’t drive home. Drive to the police station.
The reporter is killing me with that one sock on 🤣🤣 Lawd have mercy 😂😭
If he didn't mean to kill anyone, why was he carrying a gun? 😮
NO ONE brake-checking is also innocent.
What the HELL is the reporter wearing?
WTF???
Seriously? if he used a gun, kills a person. It's his fault! Does this mean he gets away with it?
Someone comes to your house as threat ??!!!
Where I live it could get you filled with lead following somebody home. That's a direct threat following somebody to their residence and family.
I'm dying at the reporter's dress, socks and sneakers combination 😂😂😂
It reminds me of when everyone was working from home so people would have on a nice shirt, button up or jacket/tie and be in pajama pants or their undies below what the camera could see.
He couldn't have been in that much danger or fear if the person let him park get out the car and go inside his residence. He should have stayed inside and called law enforcement, but no. Now he's a murderer WOW!!!!
Never talk to anyone without an attorney. No matter what the charge.
Pulling out of rifle and shooting at an unarmed man who isn’t attacking you or your family is most probably a poor choice.
There is no such thing as "warning" shots in law. Stay silent. Will make your lawyers life easier
They were "break checking" each other? Neither one of them should be driving. I've been cut off and tailgated many times in my mini van, and even more when I drove my prius, and I never tried to break check anyone, because there is no point in doing that and it can cause accidents. Grow up or get off the road. And if he was frightened, why didn't he call the police or drive to a police department? So sick of these entitled man children making the road so dangerous for absolutely no reason.
So 1) warning shots are fired in the AIR, NOT the backdoor (of a vehicle) and 2) warning shots are illegal in most states.
I thought warning shots were shot in the air
Warning shots get you sent to prison.
Warning shots in the air is bad idea because that bullet dont reach space and keep going it actually comes back down and can injure innocent people one year I had a buddy who rang of his 12gague into the air I called him a dummy and said he could of hurt someone 10 seconds later his neighbor 3 houses down had buck shot raining on the 4 year old child messed her legs up really bad and my pal went to jail. Still in there.
Common sense tells you in a road rage situation you do not drive home, instead you drive to a police station or call 911
No matter what the guy followed him home he should’ve called the cops and let them take care of it not follow him to his house
You can’t blame this man! That fool followed him home!! You don’t do that!!! I feel this man!!! He was protecting his family, and himself!!!!
Can we talk about the outfits both the reporter and suspect are wearing. She’s dressed like she’s driving the magic school bus and he wanted to bust out his nice Xmas sweater and the jeans he was arrested in lol
What kind of reporting is this ?
Did he kill anyone ? What charge did he get ?
I call BS...he murdered someone!!!!!!!
He was not afraid of being followed. If he was, he would not have gone to his home, knowing the guy was following him.
He hoped the guy would follow cause he had a gun at home and he wanted to show the guy he meant business, don’t mess with him.
To emphasize that he fired into the vehicle.
His intention may not have been to kill the man but he had every intention of furring the weapon.
His mistake is not realizing what a bad shot he is.
Cameraman wasn’t supposed to show all of that😂
The guy followed him home. Police and judicial system arent doing anything about violence, crime, entitled criminals. You got to take matters into your own hands and when you do you're the criminal.
Don't know where this happened but u mentioned they do nothing about crime....gotta be a Democrat ran place!. Democrats let crime run rapid.. They do it so yall will kill one another off. Its kinda letting the bad destroy itself. Yall don't even see it!! Yall are doing the government a favor. Your own government is allowing y'all to destroy one another. What best way than doing it from within??!! Better open y'alls eyes!!
Stand your ground regardless, the person had no right following him..
Wait a minute, the man followed him home 😮? I would be frightened too😢!
Let him walk…..you should NEVER follow someone to their home under the influence of road rage……thats just plain stupid
If you follow someone all the way home, you're looking for trouble
Everyone plays the victim when caught
Shine/ P Diddy shot a warning shot and Shyne did 10 years for it. You’re not in a crowded club but you were in a neighborhood full of people’s homes
"But I was really scared and really angry; what else COULD I do?"
Maybe the guy who he accidentally killed had to drive towards the very same way to get home or get to a friend or relatives residents as well! He went into his home and should of just locked the doors and notified the authorities and waited especially if the suspected culprit wasn't attempting to harm him, after all, the streets are free to drive it's not prohibited if coinsidently he happened to be traveling in the same direction!
What an idiot! He said, "How do I not know this or that?" Right ,right. You don't know, that's exactly why you should not be shooting at someone because you don't know. Guilty!
His lawyer told him to say that he screwed
If you think your family would be in danger another time, you go to the police first. You sir, made a bad decision.😢
Can we talk about the socks
Guilty of Murder….. Period! Go to prison…..Period!!
Are we gonna talk about? What the hell was that news reporter wearing at his house?😂😂😂😂😂
