There’s a photo of her with the dog off leash and no collar. She should at a minimum have offered to pay for vet and doctor bills.
She should be! He might have to sue after but she should be liable! When I had my Pitbull who passed away last year at 15 years old, when he was maybe 7-8 a German Shepherd got loose and attacks him. Horrible to see but the owner payed me taking my dog to an emergency vet, and two surgeries. If she don’t pay he can take her to court.
The photo has an owner holding her dog in her arms. It's likely that her dog got out of the yard while the owner was away from the home. What I saw was a bandaid and a bracelet looking pressure mark on the mans wrist. Lets put the pitchforks away and let these neighbors handle the matter.
@@iyamwhatiyam547 Did you see the bandaged dog? Most people that own dogs would be pretty traumatized by having to beat a dog. Yeah, dogs get out, but good dogs don't lunch on other dogs, and good owners pay for damages, because if you ain't got the cash, they probably shouldn't own a dog.
I dont know karate but i know the ancient art of gl🙂ck
I’m a CZ75 or 1911 personally. I played a lot of Black Ops back in the day
This is not good. This woman needs to be held responsible for what her dog does. I've witnessed some horrifying dog attacks when an aggressive dog was off leash. Other animals have been killed right in front of me.
That’s utterly preposterous that a crime has to be witnessed by an officer for it to count. Those bites didn’t just appear on their own and you have multiple witnesses corroborating each other.
Im sure it was scary when it happened. BUT everyone is fine. The 'attacking' dog doesn't need to be put down, it needs a more secure yard. Yah don't get bandaids from out of control dog attacks, yah get sugeru and hospital stays.
PLENTY of evidence-including the PHOTO on the thumbnail for this video! 🙄
Irresponsible dog owners are wack.
Typical pitbull owner
the owners dog got out of the yard for christmassake. and sometimes lil dogs on leash bark bark bark bark. Everyone, dogs included, are fine. it was scary, bandaids happened.
@BlackFemaleAnd50 more folks have been bitten by mini dog breeds. Bandaids happened, lets put down the pitch forks and the hysterics.
@@ElcoCanon yeah, typical pit breed owner, picking up her young slender dog in her arms. What a monster *(sarcasm)
@BlackFemaleAnd50 Usually pitties who vicious are starved, beat, chained up, given no affection, attention, and love. All pitties aren't dangerous. Some of their owners are cruel and stupid.
Meanwhile, a woman got 5 years in prison for hitting a dog with a rubber mullet…..read that again
"Pit bulls are involved in more dog attacks than any other breed. In fact, the American Animal Hospital Association reports this breed was responsible for 22.5% of bites across all studies. Mixed breeds were a close second at 21.2% and German Shepherds were the third most dangerous breed, involved in 17.8% of bite incidents". - Forbes
"mixed breeds" = pit bulls, too
And you might as well say 20% of the mixed breeds are mostly pit. They are overwhelmingly the attackers.
Chihuahuas are ranked in #1 as the most aggressive dog. Small dogs that attack other dogs don't get reported because they are small and the harm might not be as bad as a bigger dog. But of course when a bigger dog attacks, esp. a pit, they get glorified as "aggressive" dogs. As a matter of fact, pits are ranked 5th in most aggressive dogs. I have a pit and is she the sweetest dog. She gets nipped and bit at by small dogs all the time and does nothing back. In the 70s it was dobermans that got the bad rap. In the 80s it was the rottie. Now it's the pits. See the trend there? Don't believe everything you read. Know everything in context before you put up stats.
False. Pitbull mixes are about 8% of attacks and most are against other animals due to their high prey drive.
@@user-yb7zz9cc9s Pit bulls dominate the charts in not only aggression but danger as well. Chihuahuas even at their most feisty will put stitches, Pit bulls put children and dogs in graves. Even adults too. You're clearly defending your dog-fighting breed out of bias cause you refuse to accept their bred aggression towards other dogs, which bled into attacking humans. You don't care about human lives just your plumber crack head dog.
She will need to pay for medical bills.
lets let the neighbors work it out.
Why the hell she couldn't keep the dog in the fence or house?
cause people usually irresponsible?
Because she’s a Pit owning trash can, and they are usually the people least able to properly contain it
David, the dog got out of the yard. It happens, gardeners leave the gate askew, a slat in a fence comes loose. In this story Everyone, including the dogs are fine.
@@iyamwhatiyam547 almost wasn't it take that little bit of irresponsible behavior with a vicious animal and someone is dead.
@@iyamwhatiyam547very irresponsible a dog cant open doors she let it out her fault
I lived in Midtown Houston (close to Montrose area) for 5 years. I walked my dog in the area and without fail, there would always be dogs just randomly loose in the neighborhood....owners no where around. My dog was attacked a couple of times, but I was able to fend off the attacking dogs. It eventually became habit for me to always scan the path we were walking to take notice of possible exit routes as well as pick up trucks. The pick up truck idea came to me during one attack when I spotted one parked on the street just as two pit bulls were running towards us. I just picked up my dog and put her in the truck bed. Saved her life I am sure.
I lived in Montrose for a couple of years, over on HydePark and later over on Marshall. During that time I've seen 2 or 3 dogs along with their humans get attacked by pit's
Houston has a bad stray dog problem, very bad.
Edit: ALSO there is a leash law in Harris County. Dogs cannot have access to roads or sidewalks.
The police just making an excuse not take action because they a bunch of dog lovers themselves.
That is absolutely f*cking ridiculous !!!!
She’s in public, she had no right to privacy, quit blurring her face !!! Her and her dog are a menace !
The media and the cops are trying to protect the dog. It's crazy how people value dogs lives over humans.
@@newmexicoballer3867 No, the media just does what they want to pull in viewers and ratings.
I really do try to back the police, but more and more I'm losing faith.
I stand with this man! Pitbull's are really becoming dangerous today!
They didn't see it, but the picture clearly shows the dog with no leash. Houston has a leash law
The police are trying to protect the dog because they are a bunch of dog lovers. If a stranger witness someone just slap a dog without video evidence Guarantee all they just need is the witness word, and the person will be arrested. This is what happened to my uncle over there in Houston.
Ppl r so naive in their fancy neighborhoods he’s lucky the dog was smaller and didn’t go after him, carry a gun
u sir, are an idiot
Sure cause guns make America so much safer than other countries right?
Yeah because taekwondo only works on a dog...
It doesn't work. Something missing in this story.
Plenty of off leash dogs around Montrose. If you say anything (even politely) to the owners - they have a meltdown "mind your own business" 🤡 We've seen several cats minding their own business get ambushed.
Next on People's Court!
It does not matter what kind of dog it is...the admin does not intend to do anything about it. DEFEND YOURSELF
Once again it seems like the law always favors the dog when it comes to the dog attacking a person for no reason.
So, if I want to get away with a crime, I can do it in front of a thousand witnesses as long as none of them is a cop?
Essentially
wow the justice... cops you suck
That’s ridiculous that this women isn’t even cited ……horrible
Skin color.
What are you serious the cops did nothing, why am I not surprised, Im surprised they didnt attack the guy for attacking the dog, owner needs to pay for the med bills for that little black dog, Unbelieveable
The law favors dogs. If a dog attacks someone cops have to do a long investigation. But if you just barely slap a dog for no reason. Cops going to come out there, slap them handcuffs on you faster than you can blink. Have you on every news station as an animal abuser. I tell you what cops are nothing but a bunch of dog lovers and always seems to favor the dog when it comes to attacks.
Do you want police to make up laws as they go along? They can only do what the law states.
Sue her
Owner should be charged with something. It’s clear it was off leash and without its owner.
Skin color. Most of these cases it's usually a Black or Hispanics dog owner that gets charged with their dog attacks people. I have noticed that throughout these sorts of attacks.
@@newmexicoballer3867 if so, that’s disturbing. I will make an effort to start noticing.
He didn't need karate, he needed kaRAZOR 😂
a scooter?
They don't need to witness it. They had 2 witnesses?? Weak-@ss response.
The pitbull owner is lucky it wasn't Kristi Noem's dog.
The author of "Pitbulls For Dummies" (P.h.D in animal psychology):
"When I saw two tiny dumped Pit Bull puppies on the road one day, I snatched them up and brought them home to raise like one (or two) of our own. Our friends told us it wasn’t a good idea, that Tuggy and Scooty could harm our other dogs. I scoffed at them, parroting what I’d heard: that Pit Bulls used to be nanny dogs, and it was “all how you raised them.” We raised them like we had raised all our other dogs over the past 40 years - 30 or so dogs in all - with never a serious incident. We shook our heads at how Pit Bulls were misunderstood and the unfairness of how the breed was discriminated against. Tuggy and Scooty were shining examples that it was, indeed, all how you raised them. They became best buddies with one of my other dogs, Luna, and I trusted them implicitly.
One day they all had big new chew bones. Luna decided she should growl possessively at Scooty. And that was all it took. With no warning, not a bark or a growl, not a sign of anger, Scooty jumped on Luna, grabbed her around the neck, and proceeded to choke the life out of her. Tuggy joined in, silently grabbing a back leg and pulling as hard as he could. My mother and I desperately tried to get them off of Luna and pry open their jaws. Luna’s tongue turned blue, she lost consciousness, and let loose her bowels. At that point I knew we had lost her.
You know the worst nightmare you’ve ever had? The one where something horrible is happening to someone you love, but you’re moving in slow-motion, as if you have 50-pound weights on your hands and feet, and you can’t speak or yell because you have no breath? That’s how I felt when I saw Luna getting killed in front of me. You may think you could react well in such a situation and save your dog’s life, but you can’t.
I tried to pry Scooty’s jaws off Luna, but all that got me was my hand bitten clean through (it would later require a $26,000 surgery to repair). Scooty took off running around the house dragging Luna’s lifeless body like a leopard with a dead antelope in a macabre game of keep-away. I tried to think of any weapon I could use, anything that looked like a break stick, but I had nothing because I trusted my Pit Bulls. I trusted what people had told me, and as I result, I was totally unprepared. In desperation, I over-turned a marble table and Scooty finally let go.
I learned a very hard lesson that day: Pit Bull behavior is not, in fact, about how you raise them. I had been duped by people who, in their quest to defend their favorite breed, had given me wrong information."
isnt plagiarism a crime?
That's because they need love but above all discipline.
In the telling of the story I expected to see a huge muscular dog, instead a young slender female is pictured in the arms of her owner. Lil dogs bark, and dogs that get out of their yard do territorial stuff. How did the guy get an injury that looked like his bracelet was too tight from a dog? it must be pitbull story season :/
Crappy ending.
That is why we have a second amendment... You shouldn't have to take the risk of being bitten...
Um, the 2nd amendment is about protecting your pet from another pet?
@@iyamwhatiyam547 Absolutely, whether it is livestock, pet or family member...
Pet and livestock are considered property....
At the end it was another little dog Ooooo big pit bull 🤣😅😆😂😅😀🤣😄 get a bigger dog
Respect to this man! I trained Muay Thai for years and my Pitbull (RIP) was attacked by a German Shepherd while I roundhoused and stomped their Shepherd he wouldn’t let go, so I had to draw my EDC and protect my dog.
Poor man saying his dogs eyes were bulging out.
I remember seeing that German shepherd grab my dogs neck and just try to shake and I couldn’t take it so I got that dog off my dog. I know ho he felt because seeing your best friend get grabbed by the neck and drug is heartbreaking! I thought I was gonna see my dog killed infront of me. Luckily the owner took responsibility and payed for both my dogs ear surgeries needed after the attack.
Sorry that happened, it sounds scary. The thing with a dogs grip is that yah have to lift the dog up, kicking and punching are human things, dogs just grip harder. I hope that your dog recovered and lived a long life.
nice fairytale. GS are not famous for going not the neck and shaking the victims. Pits are.
I believe all animals need to be trained to be non violent. But we do have those who want their dogs to be attack dogs
Fine someone will use deadly force to protect their own animals and self be warned
No
Poor verve .
verve, least favorite and yet most pretentious word.
He has a cute dog ❤

Find a lawyer that takes dog bite cases.
The lil dog was treated and released, the man had a bracelet looking mark on his wrist and the good Samaritan woman got a bandaid. How about we be grateful that everyone is OK, including the dogs.
@@iyamwhatiyam547 The only way a Pit Hag learns is to make life difficult. It’s not like Pit owners don’t let the same thing happen again and again.
Everybody was kung fu fighting
I dont believe the level of anger the pitbull had that man making it a fishing story.
You're not one of the protected ones...smh
That woman needs to he charged. And REMEMBER ITS NEVER THE DOGS FAULT FOE BEING AGGRESSIVE ITS THE OWNER'S for the way the raise them.
"Today's pit bull is a descendant of the original English bull-baiting dog-a dog that was bred to bite and hold bulls, bears and other large animals around the face and head. When baiting large animals was outlawed in the 1800s, people turned instead to fighting their dogs against each other." - ASPCA
It's an AGGRESSIVE BREED. See the beloved "house lions" in Tennessee that killed Hollace Dean Bennard and Lilly Jane Bennard. and darn near killed their mother as she tried to protect her babies. The idiot father loved those beasts for 8 years. He boasted on fb that they were harmless, and he would never give them up.
There can be both bad dog owners _and_ bad dogs. Although a dog’s misbehavior can often be blamed on a lack of training/discipline & poor socialization, *genetics & breed are irrefutable determinants in a dog’s temperament.* 🧬 Perpetuating euphemistic hypotheses about how humans are the sole corrupting factor to the “inherent goodness” of a dog’s nature is naïve, & you are only endangering more people by spreading misinformation.
Despite the fact that pit bulls comprise only 5.8% of the dogs in the U.S., they are responsible for:
⦁ 59% of the dog attack fatalities.
⦁ 76% of the dog attack fatalities among humans.
⦁ well over 90% of the dog attack fatalities among other animals.
For over 20,000 years, humans have bred different lineages of domestic dogs for different tasks, such as hunting, herding, guarding, or companionship. For example, it is easily comprehended & well-established that if you need sheep herded, you get a collie; if you want to go duck hunting, you get a pointer or retriever; if there’s police work to be done, you get a German Shepherd or malinois. 🦮 So, if those examples of behavioral inheritability are readily accepted, *then why is it so hard for pit bull advocates to acknowledge & accept the fact that aggression against humans & other dogs is a genetically heritable behavioral trait?* 🤔

Seriously enough with your lies that get animals and people killed. These dogs are blood sport dogs bred to fight to the death and when they feel pain it gives them adrenaline and they attack even more. They have zero self preservation, maybe one of the least intelligent animals on the planet. It would try and attack an animal 20 times its size if they saw it and wouldn’t stop until they were dead.
If it's "the way they raise them," why don't dog fighters use all kinds of dogs to fight? Why do they only use pit bulls?
If it's "the way they raise them." why are pit bull owners training their own dogs to attack them? Their children? Their neighbours?
It's the breed.
Is not the breed but the way the owners treat and train the dogs, the owners should be responsible for the damages. There are many breeds of dogs that can kill but nobody talks about them. I own a Scottish and his bite can cause a serious injury but I know my dogs and don’t leave them alone on the street or without a leash and supervision. We, pet owners are responsible for our four legged kids.
The Pitt bull and the man are both dangerous, but neither should be put down , they both were just going on instinct.
