The charging dock and toothbrush are so loose. There's no metal to metal to indicate a charge. And it sucks that there's no charge light to show that it's charging.
It’s magnetic charging. No metal exposed because you wouldn’t want it to rust when it gets wet. And why do you need an indicator light for the charge. Put it on the base and leave it plugged in. If the toothbrush works then you know it’s charged. Just saying. Never had any issue with mine.
Hello, hope you have a good. Can you please guide that instructions says that green light will show up on charging but mine doesn’t. I have Pro 400. Thanks in advance

I have no idea the voltage of the brush. And I don’t know turkey’s electric system. I would think it’s just easier to buy a brush in turkey if you aren’t sure.
Yes we are both still using it. We both enjoy them very much. Both brushes still working very well and do a very thorough cleaning of the teeth. I would still recommend after this time. We have been on vacation for three weeks now and left the electric brushes at home and I miss them. My teeth are not as clean with the manual brush. Thanks for watching. Please like and subscribe
Am I the only one who has a problem with the head coming off while brushing my teeth that mechanism should be more secure.the end of the brush is basically a knife very dangerous.
I personally have not experienced this issue. Is that happening with the head that came with the brush? Have you tried switching the head? It should be firm when pushed on. If it does it with multiple heads then your handle is most likely defective. If that’s the case Amazon has new brushes for only $20. Hope it works out for you. Thanks for watching. @@BillOfAllTrades2016 thank you. With my reading of the manual and figuring out which model I have, I figured out it doesn't require batteries. Thanks for replying. I like how yours turned on immediately from opening it up from the box. Mines didn't do that. It's completely dead (I hope) you didn't hold down the power button right, you just pushed the power button on?
I just pressed the button quick and it turned on. Yours probably didn’t have as much of a charge to it. Electronics have a factory charge so the battery stays healthy while the item is in the box on a shelf at the store. Yours may have just been sitting a bit longer on the shelf. It’s the same as phones. I may buy a new phone and open it and it’s at 30% and you buy the one on the shelf beside mine and yours could be at 60% battery. All depends on the length of time it sat on a shelf. I suggest to charge over night before using.
@@BillOfAllTrades2016 you were right. I just push the power button after letting it sit on the charger for a couple hours and it turned on. This is my first electric toothbrush ever. Thanks for helping me
It amazes me how people are so demanding with no manners. Especially when what they are asking for is right in front of them. Lol. Maybe it’s just me. But I was raised to say hello can you please send me the link?

These brushes do not have a charge light. Just plug it in and leave it plugged in all the time.
@@BillOfAllTrades2016 , bunch of thanks, and how do we change their battery when they are completely worn out.
I charged it for 16hrs before using it the first time. When do I need to charge it next? When it’s dead and doesn’t turn in anymore? Thanks

Why share. Aren’t they $20
Who said anything about sharing. I said we each have our own brush and I’ll put different colors to know who’s is who’s. Thanks for chiming in though.
So it doesn't need batteries?
The batteries are built into the toothbrush already.
