However, I have recently observed his stance on the former British Nurse who was arrested, interrogated, humiliated, dragged through the mud, charged, prosececuted, dragged through the mud again, convicted and sentenced surrounding a very horrible tragedy. David Davis and Nadine Dorries seems to believe there is a possibility of a miscarriage of justice. I have greatly admired David Davis over the years I would have described myself as a David Davis tory. He still has many great qualities. But I think he has been in the Westminster bubble to long.He seems to be more bothered about saving the Conservative party than saving the country. He is way to complacent. My birthright was freedom of speech and religion ,democracy British and English history and fine institutions. Instead freedom of speech has largely disappeared. Many of the institutions are rotting at their core. A two tier justice system and policing system. Universities dominated by woke Marxist professors and in teaching. A very political civil service . A complacent and weak parliament. A system that allows such a massive labour majority on so few votes. The spreading of the woke mindset. A broken down state church . Greatly restricted freedom of speech . The thought police are here. Whenever I meet ordinary people in the east midlands they constantly talk about immigration. David Davis must live in a very untypical area.
White privilege, the denigration of English history and the complete destruction of English culture. These are real threats

@@mesolithicman164 Yes, 100% agreed... I suppose it is possible, in 2029, ( assuming that this present government are as fantastically good as ALL their predecessors ) that we, the voters, will be ' up for anything ' and I am certain that the old style of simply voting for the old Duopoly.... Simply CANNOT go on much longer... Surely even the old ' diehards ' can see that it is the 2 main parties, that have brought our Country to this state...?
