I love it so much when you do anything Lovecraftian, and Lovecraft himself? Couldn't wish for more. Thank you Mr French.

There is so much effort today to present Lovecraft as being an incredibly erudite figure, presumably because he seems to be compared to the average contemporary american entertainment writers, but when you read him, one is reminded that he was writing pulp- at the highest level, but pure American pulp. Your Pickman's Model reading was a revelation in its contemporaneous characterization, emphasis on the vernacular, etc and I think you would do incredible things with The Whisperer in Darkness or Rats in the Walls. Really, any story centering on a dialogue/walk towards a frightful revelation with two characters is just incredibly well suited to your talents and "radio" in general.

oh! that was a fun one!

Great narration, this is my first time hearing this story, it was almost a retelling of the first chapter of Arthur Machen's The Great God Pan, with the idea that stimulating the Pineal Gland opens your third eye and you can see the hidden world parallel to ours, and seeing the God Pan / the Black Goat / Baphomet causes you to go insane or die from pure fright. And the Black Goat was the "pet" Tillinghast had called down from outer space.
