man you are good. I envy your teaching. You are an amazing motivator machine. I can't stop thinking of things you say. They are so true and stick to the point. No wonder you are so successful. I have achieved so many things in my life that I am proud of. I have lost 80 pounds. I regain my health which is my most important impact on my life. Now I am trying to achieve a better career goal which would have 2nd biggest impact on my life. I am reading this book called " how to do things that you don't like doing". It's an amazing book. It motivates me and reminds me why I am doing the stuff that I don't like to do in order to be successful. I am so successful. My family was falling apart and I took time to reconstruct our relationship and now we are doing so great. I am not the richest man in the world nor am I the poorest man. I've been watching ur videos for a bit now and some goals that I just finished include a 4.0 GPA for both semesters. Working out every day to improve my wellness. Stopped biting my nails. Brush my teeth 3 times a day. People like u can really help change someone's whole life around. Though I would come back and write a comment. GOALS=SUCCESS

I agree . This is my favorite one so far - seen tons of his videos but this was...more authentic... and snuck in a little bit deeper than normal ideas compared to some of his other videos which just skims the surface

Loved it! Everything is hard until it becomes easy. So is the focus, it’s a learnable skill and a total transformer if you’re are focusing on accomplishing your most important goal/task.

In my many years of watching you - that was the best I have seen. Im going to start doing that list of 10 and pick my # 1 goal. Have you seen people pick the top 2 and work on them both at the same time or only top 1 goal?

Two thoughts;
First, my foremost goal is to remove my own barriers, my fear, my doubt, my hurt.
Second, along with goals, remember their companions in this order; objectives, strategies and assets/resources. When planning your goals, break them down into objectives. When planning your objectives, break them down into strategies. When defining your strategies, name the assets and/or resources you have or need to support them.
