This car exceeded my expectations ten times over. Even after I saw that it shared the same chassis with another car I have (which I also like a lot).
We took it to the limit on a 2s battery, then we pushed well beyond its reasonable limits with a 3s battery and all I can say is you have to see it to believe it.

How about bigger tires, liquid shocks and leave on 2s so it doesn’t kill anyone? Likely be a wheelie monster w 10 scale tires and double back flips.
Would the 16101P and the SG116 be the same? FOr parts and performance? The SG116 has 2847 motor instead of 2840. Does that make a difference? Cheers

Dang dude , I went to two hobby stores in my area today and all they had was traxxas and traxxas parts . I looked at the builds and they were lacking for what they came with , many of them , and the whole thing is a like a big setup to keep coming back for upgrades or parts . Then I looked at arrma amd it seems to me there’s more value for dollar .

Mime finally arrived ...So far im using the stock battery it camme with and it is TOO FAST😂honestly its amazing...still waiting for my 3s batteries...lets hope they dont kill it...since many people in the comments are saying thst 3s doesnt kill it could it have some sort of voltage protection??

Seriously you got 35 mph on stock battery? And the durability is on another level...this is same exact chassis as my new sg218 road race car..i got 40mph on crappy 3s 20c...real hot after a couple of minutes though..i might have to get this bugger also love sg 216...thanks for the extra abusive review. 😅

You can flip the metal motor mount 180 and put an even bigger pinion on which is crazy as this is already 18T
